OMG, I went here with my husband and I wasn’t even hungry, but when I went in I saw they had a caprese sub. So I decided I would get it for later. Once my husband cracked into his Italian sub I was like “Okay I will try mine”. Wowza, seriously the best dang sub I have ever had!!! The staff was so attentive, friendly and quick. The desserts looked wonderful. I snagged a tiramisu and can’t wait to try it. We HIGHLY recommend. AAA+++

Solid vegan sandwich.

We drove a loooooong way to try Angela's. It was worth it. Great Italian Sub. Freshly baked bread and great ingredients make Angela's a cut above as far as sandos go.

Best subs I’ve ever had

I HIGHLY recommend Angela’s! I crave blue house turkey sandwich often. Not only is everything delicious, the staff there are the best of the best. We bring our kids every Saturday after karate and dance. They ALWAYS interact with them and it’s so sweet. Our week wouldn’t be complete without a visit to our favorite bakery. 💗

Just stopped in 12-7-24, and got my first Italian Sub from here after reading about it on Facebook all the time. I am glad I did. If you want the best Italian sub around I suggest you stop in here. Not only was the sub fantastic, the whole staff is wonderful and make you feel at home. What a fantastic gem in the city. Thanks to the staff for a great experience and fantastic sub. I will be back. Okay, I have been here 5 times since 12/7/24. That says a lot as I don't normally do this. I am listing the sandwiches I had so far. I know they all say delicious after, but they are. I can’t pinpoint a favorite. Not in order of preference.
1) Italian - delicious
2) Nine-Thirteen Vaughn - delicious
3) 4th Street Wolverine - delicious
4) One of the weekly specials- delicious
5) Oakland & Arch - delicious

Literally one of the best deli/bakeries I’ve ever been to! We got the 9-13 Vaughn combo and split it. We smashed it in the parking lot. It is just enough for a quick lunch for two. Highly recommend!

Awesome spot. I was traveling for work nearby and saw this place had a ton of reviews and wanted to try. It didn’t disappoint. The bread and meat were perfectly proportional, the peppers were spicy, the sandwich was bomb. Totally repeatable!
