Edit to add- without me even contacting them, after the initial attempt, the manager contact me and left me a message. Great follow up which does not exist anymore. We will try again and I wil update after giving a second try.

Just tried to order pizza today August 5th 2025 at 2:30 in the afternoon. They put me on hold then the phone hangs up on me I called back and no one answers the phone after 20 rings. How unprofessional. Sounds like little kids having a fit because they are busy and not wanting to work. SMH

Ordered Hungry Howie's for my daughter's graduation party, She had requested it after being impressed at a school event that they catered. Staff helped me set up the order a week in advance and plan for the right amount of food. The pizza was a hit and I was thoroughly impressed! The catering salad looked way too good to come from a pizza place and the driver even helped set things up. Made a fan out of me!

This location typically has great food, yet my greatest dissatisfaction is when I pay for extra chicken to be placed in my salads and I arrive home to look at my salad and see its the appears the same as there regular salads. Perhaps consider removing the option to add extra chicken from your website.

There was almost a foot-long hair on my pizza, and it was so many hairs on the bottom of my pizza. Whenever I took a bite all I could taste was the hair.

We ordered various items for delivery from this store. They indicated a 30-40 minute wait. After about an hour with still no delivery my wife's phone connected to our security camera, went off indicating someone was, or had been, on our front porch WITHOUT ringing the doorbell. When she went to check, the food items were sitting on our front porch (in 16 degree temperature) and the delivery person was getting back in their car. When I called and spoke to the stores manager he apologized and said it had been delivered by Door Dash and not a Hungry Howie employee. He further stated they were forced to use Door Dash due to a lack of their own delivery personnel. He further stated he would file a complaint with DD, but nothing else. If they continue to use independent delivery services they need to demand that the same standard a Hungry Howie delivery employee would use, especially the personal delivery into the hands of the customer, be used by the contract delivery person. And if they can't abide to that standard, DONT USE THEM!

I ended up ordering Hungry Howies Pizza off of 23 & Romeo Plank about 3 weeks ago (January 21st of this year). It was actually before 1:00 pm we picked it up. The pizza tasted fresh. The Pepsi Wild Cherry soda 20 oz wasn't expensive (luckily). The service was amazing. I will definitely order from this location again.

Have had great experiences with this pizzeria...Until today! Waited almost 1 hr for delivery and saw the driver pull up and drive away. Called to find out why....he forgot the salad and would be coming back. That's all fine and good...but our pizza was ice cold. Saw him on the camera open the package before we got to the door. He touched the pizza box and closed the package...assuming to check to find out that the pizza was cold. Handed the items to my husband and basically ran. When we originally called the store, the so called manager really showed no concern or care for the situation. She initially said if our pizza was not to our satisfaction when we received it they would send another but it would take another 45 minutes. While waiting to speak to another manager the phone call conveniently disconnected. You don't think the have our number to call us back. They have lost our business and we will NOT recommend to neighbors as we have in the past.
Cookside seems okay. Pizzas are decent but arriving way late and cold / all disheveled in the box. Hard times out here ... won't be back. Burnt twice. Or at least only order pickup.

I am gluten free (not celiac) & always want cheese bread.. this location makes me gf cheese bread with their gluten free dough. They make it very good! So far the only place that gets it right & understands what I want. Sometimes you have to get their attention as they are usually busy but otherwise they will be at the front.

Over 50 dollars for burnt flatbreads. When asked to remedy the pizza she was very unkind and stated there was no way they could be burnt. Customer service was severely lacking.
