Ordered a pizza from this location Friday 8/11 at around 8:30 pm. I ordered the Howie Maui thin crust like usual and received a pizza baked with ham only. There was barely any cheese on it and all the other topping were tossed on after it was made. The pizza was soggy and drenched in pineapple juice. Cold, uncooked and loose peppers and pineapple. Called to speak with a manager and the girl that answered the phone said she was the manager. She angrily said "we don't do that". Continued to argue with me and give me attitude. Glad I started recording the conversation. I very kindly asked her name and she snapped and said she doesn't have to give me her name. I refuse to believe that she was the manager- very unprofessional and it wasn't even that serious but decided to leave a review since she was so rude. If you don't do this then who did?? Take your business elsewhere. This place needs new management!

Order somewhere else and thank me later!This locations terrible customer service on numerous occasions finally lost them my business. Far more worried about pinching pennies and telling the customer they are wrong than doing what’s right to correct an order.I used to work for a large pizza franchise and this owner needs to push their employees/managers to do better otherwise they will continue to lose repeat customers like myself.Dealing with poor customer service is no longer worth it for pizza that has continued to lose quality over the past 4 years of going here.

The Manager’s should be a shame to run that location, dirty from the front counter to back... just nasty, it look like they never clean anything, no COVID cleaning or nothing. I will not be going back here‼️
