Can't believe that ordering over the phone Bot on line is like 30% more than online. When addressing it with the staff they said "ya kinds a scan" nothing we can do. This is absolutely the worst service a company provide.

this was the worst experience ever. all the boys here are on their phones and sitting around talking the whole time, one girl and a boy kept flirting the whole time and everything was very unprofessional. i waited for my pizza for 20 minutes and nobody was making my pizza until i said something. very disappointed.

Not sure what position pat holds at this jets location, however he was great!!! Very friendly and informative. All I know is that his name was pat. If this man is not higher up I would be surprised. He very well should be.

I notice that they keep reducing the size of the pizza.
I don't typically write positive reviews -but I feel obligated in the days of unfathomably trash service to do so for this establishment. My pizza was perfectly prepared and beyond delicious last night. I could honestly cry. Thank you.

I called my order for a cheese pizza under the name drummer the young lady gave me pepperoni I told her I don't eat pork and I called told her it's wasn't cheese I had to throw it away I got my pizza today told the female with eyelashes she ignored me just pay the $12 I'll never go back there again rude customers service it's sad you pay to throw food away SMH they don't know I a professional musician and run a radio show you need to know how to honor your customers thank you for nothing and the pizza I got today was old and dry I'm truly done
