We usually order from this location and have amazing experiences but tonight was unacceptable. We placed an order at 5:30 and it was delivered at 7:15. Our pizza was cold. Our salad wasn’t delivered with our pizza. Our order was supposed to be delivered at 6:04. We called at 6:40 and were told they’d leave in 10 min. We called, they offered to remake the pizza after already waiting 2 hours.

Ordered delivery, and they left it on the ground on the porch among the bugs. Just gross, too lazy to knock or ring the doorbell. Last time ordering from here. Then called to ask why they didn't knock and was on hold for almost a half hour. Nobody ever picked up the phone.

Ian and the team are great. Friendly, laid back, and provide fast customer service. Definitely need to give the team who was working the evening shift on 03/19/2025 a raise.
