They are always perfect with their orders and on time. They are consistent with their menu and their quality is always amazing. Their pizza so good, don’t get me started on how good their homemade ranch dressing is. Their service and food is great.The staff is always helpful and patient with my orders. Whenever I have ordered for parties from them they have helped me order enough food to satisfy everyone. I can’t say enough about Jets at 26 and Romeo Plank. I’ve had never had a problem with their pick up or delivery. Everyone is always friendly and nice. The drivers always make sure that my orders are on time and correct (including bringing me all of the sauces especially the ranch). I will drive out of my way to get pizza from there.

I'm so disappointed at how far down hill this pizza has gone over the last few years. Orders are consistently wrong. Wrong toppings, like missing several ingredients, no turbo crust on any pizza, salads that make you sick.... missing sauce cups, you name it. They clearly hired multiple people that either don't want to, or aren't trained to, do the job correctly. This place was so close to our house too. Bummed.

I ordered the deep dish combo and I noticed they gave me a 2 slices of pizza out of a box sitting outside, I thought it would have been hot and fresh and to my disappointment I received warm and stale slices. It was my first time trying jets:(
Got $5 lunch deal. Turns into 6.88. guy at register decided to give himself a 25 percent tip without asking. The pizza was sitting on a wall shelf uncovered and cold. Wonder what the health department would think of those conditions. Yuck. Do no recommend!

The dough is always perfectly crunchy and fluffy, the cheese is always melty and commercial-like, the service is always swift, and you can order conveniently by texting in. The building itself has the greatest interior, which is great for such a little location, and the staff is constantly present.

Wish we would have ordered here at Jets, as we always do. This Jets establishment is some of the best pizza!!! We thought we'd try something different, like Sorrento's...big mistake!!! Sorrentos pizza was the worst pizza experience ever... don't waste your money or time with Sorrentos, order from Jets and enjoy the best pizza in Michigan!!!
