I ordered 2 spicy east coast Italian sandwiches both were basically hard, dry, and toasted a little too hard. Then when I picked my order up I had the worst experience. Being a new customer not knowing how they operate, I walked in someone from the back said hello, and didn’t come up to me to ask me for help, 2 other customers that’s where white was helped when I was first and I was ignored until I abruptly ask someone where do I pick up my online order. The young guy told me to look on the rack Then when I went to go grab my order the old white guy came up to me touching my bag and never spoke to me until I started grabbing something which I assumed he thought I was stealing. I felt such racism going on in that moment as which that is always the case, and if not then yall customer service is HORRIBLE!

I never had Jimmy jones before so today I’m like let me try it I went into this location it was one girl & a guy making the sandwiches close by the register & other girl on the computer not one of them greeted me no hi well be right with no nothing I stood there for a good while till the girl on the computer took my order then when they was done with my order the guy called my number no thank you or anything he didn’t even put my food in a bag I bag it myself very disappointed in the service I received today..

I went this evening to this location for the first time . The three men that helped me were so kind and friendly! Don’t listen to the others with the bad reviews. I will be back to this location. Keep up the great service!

Not fast anymore. Contracted delivery thru Uber 35 minutes after the order was made. Total time from order to delivery was 50 minutes. Never again.

Jimmy Johns used to be our go to place for lunch or dinner. Their veggie sandwich was really good. But now, at this location, the quality of that same veggie sandwich decreased a lot. Their veggie sandwaich for $9 used to have loads of cheese and guacamole which made the sandwich amazing, but now this location has become so stingy on cheese and guacamole that the sandwich does not taste as good.

Rude staff, I asked for my sandwich toasted because I'm pregnant and can't have cold lunch meat. The girl refused to toast the sandwich I like and told me I had to order something else... it kind of seems like that shouldn't be allowed, so if you're pregnant you can't have what you like because it's not the specific list? even though they could easily do it and wouldn't cost the store anything. I just don't understand why it's a problem when almost every other sub chain will toast a sandwich for you no problem if they have a toaster. I guess I'll just go to subways instead

I won’t go into details but this store is seriously the best! I was given quite the surprise today and a note hoping my daughter and I felt better. You guys are absolutely amazing and I wasn’t expecting what showed up to my door! Thank you Meg and the rest of the staff working on New Year’s Day 2025! You guys made the rough start of the year fantastic! You guys deserve the best things this year!
