I loved going here specifically for karaoke, but to just to watch the same people sing over and over with my name never coming up on the list is frustrating. Waited for two hours. Wish I could love this place but your DJ needs to get it together. If you want to satisfy the same regulars every weekend, that’s fine, make it a private club.

Food is great. Owner and waitresses and bar maids are very friendly. The guy that said ok I leaves a bad taste in his mouth needs to get his mind out of the gutter. Everyone is welcome I don"t care what your ethnicity is. We always have a good time.

Had many good times at Kit Kat Klub over the years and my review is neutral and honest. As a business owner myself Mary Jo and her family are the owners, not their hired staff and this needs to be stressed. I haven't felt welcome there as of recently and mainly due to the individual that works the door on Friday or Saturday nights, I believe she is the bartender Mary's sister but she is a bully and quite honestly petty in regards to the way she treats customers. I'll for sure not allow that nonsense to keep me from stopping at the Kat in the future. Mary Jo may need to check her employees as I'm sure she truly cares about her business but it's not my job or her customers to deal with cleaning out the litter box. ?

We were kicked out when visiting this bar with our service dog in training. Even though we educated the staff on service dog law, we were still asked to leave with claims that it was a “liability” because they were “too busy during karaoke”. Every disappointing and unfortunate experience.
