What is the point of ordering online, if you're going to prioritize walk-ins? We ordered 5 hours ago because we knew it would be busy. When we came in to pick up our order at the expected time, we were told that they prioritized the 50 walk in orders ahead of ours. We asked for a manager. He placed us up in the queue, but we still had to wait 20 minutes. That is an inefficient system that leads to disappointed customers. I will probably not order from there again because of it. As a business owner, one of your primary keys to success is managing expectations. You really need to improve this process to be competitive if you want to be a successful location.

All jokes aside, this is easily the best and most consistent Little Caesars, ever. I've had interactions with management and they've been very nice, they've given my kids cookies before which I didn't even know they had. Even my neighbors who frequent this store have all expressed the same sentiment... That we're all blessed to live so close to the best Little Caesars.

We have been a long time customer of this location. They're always super friendly on time and food is accurate and delicious. And today I wanted to make sure I left a review because I see what a difference they're making in our veteran community by giving out the free lunch. Thank you guys you don't know how much this means to all of us

They messed up my order 2 times I ordered both times in person after The second time the manager got involved. I ordered slices and sticks pizza With bacon Instead of pepperoni and Jalapeno on the bread sticks. So I paid for the up charge. the manager told me they could not do this order because it's 2 custom things on one order. Obviously, it's only one custom thing, putting bacon instead of pepperoni on the pizza. Which obviously is too hard because they messed it up twice with management help. Wasted 40 mins there. Management needs better common sense. Too many young people working there. That don't have common sense. I understand about messing up once but taking control and still messing up twice is a problem.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all. It used to be the best in the area but quality and service have gone downhill. The staff is borderline rude, and the food is always prepared wrong. This used to be the best little ceasers around, and the low quality of this place is upsetting.

Little Caesars always provides quick and friendly service. The staff is efficient, ensuring my order is ready in no time, even during busy hours. The pizza is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I also love how the team goes out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. Overall, it's a great spot for affordable pizza and excellent customer care!
