The manager (older lady) has no idea what she’s doing and is unfit for the job. Slowest McDonald’s around and unsanitary. I will not be back at this location

Terrible customer service. They forgot our French fries in the order, and when we called as soon as we realized, they hung up on us, no apology, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT go there. Shame on you.

This location has some of the most careless order handling I’ve ever experienced. The staff couldn’t manage to put the correct food in the bag not once, but twice. Even after DoorDash sent a second driver for a corrected order, the restaurant still got it wrong. It’s clear the workers either aren’t paying attention or simply don’t care about accuracy or customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Gives very little sauce packets. I blame the owner of the franchise for being cheap. Workers were nice though. You should give them a raise and let them unionize. 😄

If you go to this location make sure to triple check your bag before you leave. Even if you order one thing they will find away to forget to put it in the bag. I get this is fast food and it’s not exactly the best and brightest working here, but this is poor! Even for low fast food standards!

Don’t bother going inside they will ignore you. Waiting 20 minutes for 2 cokes. And they aren’t giving large cups with monopoly codes either.

Icecream, frappe, coffee machines are always “not working”… don’t offer these items if you aren’t willing to make them. They also don’t put monopoly tickets on all items they say come with them.

just had the WORST experience at McDonalds today. I put in my order at 427p. I called at 450p to ask where my order was. She apologized and said they were short staffed and doing the best they can. I received my order at 505p and went through the bags. She had said there were 10 door dash orders that were ahead of me and that is why it took so long. Why accept door dash orders if you are so short staffed?! Of course my order was missing a big mac, which was no sauce, so I called again and she said well it's not here; I said well I just went through my $40 order and it's not here either. She said they would need to remake it. At 521p, I called again and told her to just refund me. An hour for fast food is UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, my order was ruined from waiting so long- cold and not edible, except for what my daughter ate in the car. She only refunded me 6 something for the missing item. Really not acceptable for an entire meal for 3 people needing to be replaced.

I live right around block from this store. Always #1...
I don't know what changed but, the place has gone from best to worst. Sandwiches look like the wer pick up off the floor when you get them. Fries are NEVER cooked right. Always half raw. The lady usually at the drive tru if she were to smile her face would probably crack. Now when I want Micky D's, I drive to Hall Road.
