I'm not sure why this location isn't open when it absolutely should be. This staff just closes the store whenever they feel like it. The management is useless and this franchise should lose their flag to be quite honest. If you can't maintain McDonald's hours, you have no business being open. I had to
Order from 9 miles away because of this lazy garbage store.

If I could give lower I would, when I went inside all you hear is yelling and complaining u have the worker who took my order “jalin or something she was talking about how she was high while at work and got sent home and how she could careless about anything Bcs they “need her there” , u had these people throwing food at each other”workers btw” never going back

Took 17 min for big Mac, large Coke and large fry. 6 minutes at windows before pop came out. 11 minutes after that big Mac and fries. Fries were cold. Not recommended.

Orders are never right. Usually just a few things wrong but sometimes they get it really wrong. And not just getting somebody else's order.
The food's never come old or clearly raw, though.

Came here last night, worker forgot to give me my drink and told me have a good night, I said drink please, she looked at me as if I was nuts I said well u just gave me my straw but no drink? As if I was lying or something, than gave me my drink amd had no monopolybgame piece on it at all? Are these workers stealing the game pieces or something? Have automation run these restaurants! Robots won't steal or be hateful towards customers!
Also my fries where cold! Not even warm!

App order, drive to second window got food, correct order, drove away. Fantastic job. I didn't have to pull up or over it anything. A+ here great job. The coffee was hot the food was spot on. Wow

I came here after work tonight and put in my order at the kiosk. Had to pay with cash we waited 15 minutes just to pay for our food then we didn’t receive our food for another half hour 45 minutes in total we waited. I work in customer service I get we all get busy but that’s just absurd. Then when we got our food they left out a Mc Chicken and our fries were cold. They need better management in there…

The standards at this location are an absolute embarrassment. The staff clearly have no motivation, no pride, and no respect for the customers or the brand they represent. Watching how things were handled made it obvious there’s zero attention to quality or cleanliness.

It’s honestly concerning how little care goes into the service and overall environment here. If this is the level of effort being accepted, I can’t even imagine what’s happening behind the scenes.

This place desperately needs new management, serious retraining, and oversight from corporate.
Save yourself the frustration - go elsewhere!!!!

I ordered an online order for outside pickup but somehow when I got there, it went to counter pickup. I didn't know so I went to the drive thru line and now stuck there. Fortunately, they were able to get my order. Not sure what happened here. The place was busy so I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time. Many cars ahead of me had to go park most likely their food was not done. I don't think the store is too efficient to handle the morning rush.

I was the only person in line and service was slow, I also didn't get any syrup for the hotcakes I ordered. No one likes dry hot cakes. I would've used honey, or butter but not even those were in the bag.
