Fast friendly service! The food is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We were even given samples to taste to help us decide what to eat.

Thank you so much to Brandon and the team at the Bay City location! We’ve needed fresh Mediterranean food here forever and they absolutely nailed. Traveling for work and getting a chance to eat Gyros and Shawarma all over the country it’s great to have these amazing flavors at home! The kids bowls were perfect size for my daughters with tons of options for sauces and toppings. I had the dark meat Sandweech and it was phenomenal. I will definitely be eating here very often. Keep up the great work and great service!

It’s only recently that we’ve ordered from this location. I didn’t know there’s a Macomb location so have been ordering from here. Well, that’s going to be short-lived. Back to back takeout orders have been messed up. Missed my damn salad entirely and the Pita Bread has a date of October 3rd. WTH. It’s now November. Called the restaurant and I was in fact given the gift card refund quickly. I will be using this refund at the Rochester location. They have better staff there— I’ve dined in and done take out in Rochester many times and they always have great service!!

I visited Pita Way on Tuesday, September 10th at 5:10 PM, intending to place an order. After waiting in line, I noticed that two acquaintances of one of the line cooks (a male and a female) entered the restaurant and were immediately served, bypassing me entirely. When I lightheartedly mentioned that I was beginning to feel invisible, the line cook made direct eye contact with me and replied, "Well, I was trying to take their order first."

What could have been a simple oversight became a frustrating and disrespectful experience. I didn’t realize that favoritism and skipping customers in line were acceptable practices here. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I encourage others to reconsider supporting a business that operates in this manner.
