This place is one of the best Pizza Huts I've been to in Michigan. The staff was very cordial and expedient. It was clean and my pizza and bread sticks were perfect.

Have had 3 deliveries take over an hour. One of those delivery orders was given to a doordash driver, that made multiple stops and brought cold pizza 36 minutes after I received a text the dasher was en route. Had to wait on a carry out order as well. Went in to go get it at the ready time and was told it was just being put in the oven. Not ordering here again. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt, but they are just SLOW.

If your into dryed out microwaved pizza thay sits under a heat lamp all day, then yoi will like this place, do not try it, know its bad

I never ever order from here but decided to because it was close to work. Delivery was fine and the young lady was super nice. Pizza was fine but the “cheese bread” was rock hard, looks and tastes like it was left in the oven for 15 extra minutes.
For the $30 it cost me i expect better.
Last time i order from here.

Placed an order at 3pm for 6:30pm pickup. I arrived at 6:25, to which I waited for 30 minutes for my order. In the time, they also managed to miss the customers order in front of me also. When I mentioned that it was 25 minutes late, the lady behind the counter looked at me as if it were my fault. As i was walking out, she shouted for me to have a good day. In the half hour I stood there, she didn't interact with any customers besides call names as she was cutting their pizza. It's a shame that this your idea of customer service.
