Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

Been wanting to try the place for a long time actually. Just happened to be nearby with my Mexican food loving daughter one night, so we have it a shot. It's set up similar to Qdoba or Chipotle for ordering and paying for your food. Food was great! Nacho chips are exceptional!

Don't usually post bad reviews. Entire Staff was not engaging. As my first time visiting, I tried to ask questions about menu. They seemed confused, and bothered. Food was great! Fresh and tasty.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got a chicken bowl last night and it tasted nasty the chicken was disgusting! I woke up sick as can be this morning.

As a loyal customer of this Salsarita's location at 18325 Hall Road, this place has gone downhill. Management need to train staff on basic principles of cleanliness. Ordered a burrito tonight and the gentleman serving me sneezed and did not change his gloves. To make matters worse, he scooped the pico de gallo with his gloves rather than a utensil, so he contaminated the whole dish. And the final cherry on top, the shrimp are as hard as rubber and extremely overcooked. Overall, a disgusting experience. Will not be dining here ever again.

Best queso around! Prices for counter service are pushing prices in a full service restaurant. However, the food quality is above Chipotle or Qudoba. 5 stars on counter service Mexican food, quality and flavor. 4 stars because I have never received a correct online order. Nothing worth causing a huge fuss over, but they always miss a topping or side sauce or something. Just check your order before you leave if you are super picky 🙂

the severice here was really bad, the workers are rude and honestly they made me and my family feel rushed. the food wasnt even tht good. false advertising on the door by saying "free queso" the queso was not free had to pay a $1.25. if u want something like this that isnt $44.00 and even if it is its still better then salsa ritas go to chipotle its just so much better there!! the coke tasted bad and salsa ritas too..

A decent fix for lunch when you’re on the go and need something other than a drive thru burger. Portion sizes are good. Food is a bit on the bland side however. Just needs some more seasoning and could stand to have a bit nicer quality meat. Tasted fine but still not as good as Chipotle or Qdoba.

I ordered a large takeout order for my co-workers and I. The food was prepared quickly, packaged neatly, and ready for pickup. We were greated promptly when arriving for pickup, and the large bag of chips was bigger than expected. We especially loved the seasoning on the chips! The food was SO good, and my team has asked if we can have it again numerous times. We were beyond thrilled with the service and food!

The food had been sitting for awhile. I have MS, the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen. He didn't yell, but was extremely disappointing. I won't return to that location again.
