The service could of been better but the food is amazing! This is my favorite food so far, it's so delicious and makes you wanna come here over and over again. Samurai special is my favorite thing on the menu!

Shoguns has stepped up its game with their new chef Tony. He made our dinner so much fun and did an excellent job with cooking our food. Not sure why there was a service fee on the bill. The staff was very friendly.

We went here for lunch, and the service was just not good. Just 2 of us, they sat us in the hibachi area, and we had to wait until other guests came for the cooking to begin. It was 50 minutes before we received our food. We were seated about 25 minutes before 3 other people joined us, and then the cooking started. However, the other 3 people were served their food before us. This was just not pleasant, and our waitress paid little attention to us as well. The food was tasty, thankfully, and we enjoyed our meals. Thankful for that, but maybe this is not the best place to go for lunch.

Food is awesome but the service is trash there is a lady with a bob cut that works there avoid at all cost! She will sit and argue with you. There was a time where me and my friend went for the lunch special and that same lady was screaming at the top of her lungs at the other workers making a whole scene. She rushed me and my friend out of the restaurant mixed up my card with another person. I feel so bad for the other workers rhat have to work with her! The fact that the gratuity is included and the person serving you us rude makes you not want to spend your money there!! If your someone that gets annoyed easily do not go here!

We couldn’t figure out why we were the only people in the restaurant. But, we quickly found out why! The food was mediocre and the service was average. The prices are ridiculous. We paid almost $12.00 dollars for pop and a mandatory 18.00% gratuity. Almost $75.00 for 2 small portion meals and extra rice and gravy. Never again!!!

Worst experience and food was absolutely disgusting. I had one bite and almost threw up. 77$ for two fried rice, one sesame chicken and 4 egg rolls that I didn’t even eat. By far worst place I have ever been too. Don’t waste your money.
