So I was at your Kroger store as you can see and I scanned my app and my four transactions were not in my account. At 10:07 I spent 9.22 at 10.09 I spent 5:78. At 10:11 I spent 5:78. At 10:12 I spent 5:78 and I didn't get my amount of sales and I was supposed to buy four eggs bite's before 11 am and I didn't get my extra 90 stars . The service was great and I appreciate the people that waited on me but I need my stars . Being that you sent me a survey you seen that I was there.
This has got to be the worst Starbucks location! I went to this location a few months ago, and the service was terrible. The baristas are rude starting with ignoring the customer as long as they possibly can. I decided to give them another try today hoping for a better experience. Nope! Same rude service. I ended up walking out without placing an order. There was one person ahead of me in line. It look over 5 minutes just to place her order. There were 2 baristas working; one making drinks and the other taking orders. It was late morning and they weren't busy. When it was my turn, the one taking orders ignores me and starts tending to doing some labeling. She never acknowledged me. I walked out. I went to the store location on Hall Rd and Heydenreich, and it was a completely different experience. I was waited on promptly and in a friendly manner, and my coffee was ready shortly thereafter. That location is outstanding. I don't know what's wrong with this location inside Kroger. I don't know if perhaps they are owned by Kroger and not Starbucks. Nonetheless, they clearly don't adhere to Starbucks standards. The customer is a bother to them, they're unfriendly and never smile...in a word, just plain rude!

I went to order with my friend using a deal. We had a hard time figuring out how to use the deal and a employee named Abigail helped us out greatly and gave us the deal and an extra item in compensation for our time.
