Always great, friendly service. My coffee and other drinks are prepped the way I like them. They may be a bit pricey but......

This location tends to have a line but it moves along pretty fast sometimes. Like the ham and swiss croissant.Line really hit or miss.

Coffee was mediocre. I ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte. Not the same as the one in Rochester on Walton. I paid for caramel drizzle and caramel around the cup and I got barely any caramel. There was a thin line at the bottom of the cup. Coffee tasted like it was lacking flavor not sure if there wasn’t enough blonde espresso or what.
The only plus in my order was the tall pumpkin spice latte was good and my uber driver was absolutely awesome.
Not sure if I will order from this location again or try the one at 23 as I now work out here and unfortunately the Starbucks on hall road is closest to my new store.
RACISM ALERT: So I had to pick a pre order at the drive through window and the window girl Rachel basically ended up ‘not getting my name right’ , distorting it and calling it differently on purpose. When I got to the window I called her out on it and she made a lame excuse that she was looking at the order right next to mine. I decided to walk into the store and asked for the store manager . Instead the supervisor Danny came out stating the manager will be free in 15 minutes. I accidentally told her this was about Rachel. She immediately went upto Rachel and asked her what the customer had been upset about. I confronted her asking her why did she just go speak to Rachel and she lied saying it was order related . I told her I had heard everything and then she admitted she had spoken to Rachel and basically wanted to know her side of the story ( even though I had not even asked her to intervene and she didn’t even know my side of the story). So basically this store has a racist employee. Unsure what the manager will do about this because seems like the supervisor is also covering up for bad employees

I am at one of three SB locations very regularly...almost daily. I have let it slide too long with this location on Hall & Hayes. If I am paying a high price for a coffee, why must I instantly hear attitude from the barista taking my order in the drive-thru? That is never the case at Shelby Twp nor any other drive-thru location on the road, nor at Kroger or Target.
I pretty consistently hear the irritation in someone's voice just by me placing an order on Hall Rd. & Hayes and it can be a single drink, not very complex. I pulled off on Saturday because the guy's tone was so condescending and sarcastic as if I was stupid for being there.
Moving forward, I made a decision to now drive the distance instead of patronizing this location ever again. Great location...good drinks for the most part....but REALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe some of the employees, except two that I can think of who were always pleasant, need to go to a Starbucks Customer Service Bootcamp or shadow 23 Mile for a month or two to learn what amazing customer service is. If the employees are so unhappy, then management should fix it. Too bad as this location is super-close for me to grab a coffee before or during work. Now I have to plan ahead to get to a location a little further away. Oh well.

Normally love this place however when I received my order via DoorDash the milk was spoiled. I called the manager, and he spoke to me and informed me that the milk they used was indeed spoiled. Being pregnant I am completely disgusted as this could be such a danger.

It’s ok unless it’s busy. Went yesterday to get a breakfast sandwich, took 15 minutes but while it was hot on one end the egg was still cold and almost frozen. Not worth paying $6 for a frozen sandwich.
Came through drive thru with my mom. From pulling into line with 2 cars in front of me, to driving out with meal, it took about ~5 minutes. The person taking my order and the window were both friendly. The worker at the window also was kind to my mom when she had some issues with the tech. The drink I received had my dietary restrictions in mind and correct, and the drink tasted great!

Kind workers , great customer service. They are quick even in rush hour always gets my order right whenever I come it’s made right than. Also they celebrate every holiday and month such as black history and pride
