Me and my mom went into subway and there were four people. There out of all of them (lily) made all are subs we has three as the other works ( Courtney,Logan,Jacob) were messing around in. The back and had lily do all the work lily was kinda slow but I didn't really expect her to. Be fast since I didn't know if she was new and was getting the hang of things and we. Were the only ones in there but all in all lily did a really good job and the other people no there need. To be a manager there because that's when they mess around

I haven’t had Subway in YEARS! My daughter was the one that suggested we eat here. We each got tuna on white. I get that pricing and promotions are out of their hands but the quality of bread is not! When we got home, we found the bread to be rock hard on the outside. When biting down, I couldn’t even pull the bite away because the bread was so hard to break. How can you not FEEL this when making the sub? you can! They just didn’t care. $10 is too much for a sub on stale bread!

Second time they’ve not made an order via the mobile app. This time however they ignored me for the first 10 minutes I was there, eventually found the order ticket, and proceeded to make it with absolutely no apologies. The employees there clearly hate working there. I’ll try another subway from now on as I hate being there as much as they do it seems.

Have never had an issue with my food at this location but it's like whenever I go here the staff always prioritizes personal conversations over customers to the point that I have to repeat the items I want on my sub 4 times in a row. I get having conversations makes work fun but at the end or the day pay attention when I'm ordering 5 feet away from you.

The workers here don’t get paid enough for the way they get treated. Almost everytime I’m in I see customers continuously being rude to them and I can only imagine how exhausting it is. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and to those acting like Subway is a five star restaurant I really ask that you remember that you’re talking to humans who have lives and priorities outside of work. You guys are always super sweet and I hope you have the best day.

I had already decided that I want to avoid Subways if at all possible. I’ve banned my family from ever going to Kentucky Fried Chicken again too because of their pathetic customer service. Subway, across the board at any location seems to be very miserly when it comes to putting vegetables on their sandwiches. I love their sandwiches but if I’m going to get more bread and less vegetables and salty, processed meats, I might as well just pick up a loaf of bread from the grocery store. Being that this Subway is inside of the Walmart, I think the staff just couldn’t care less about good customer service. What I had never experienced before was how long it took for the staff member to prepare my sandwich because she was too busy having a telephone conversation with someone through a hidden AirPod while another staff member just stood there watching and didn’t want to help at all. It’s not worth me trying to correct brown adults from such childish behavior.
