Never heard of half of drinks or anything ever with subway! I know it’s under new management customer service is great! Will never say no to any deals!

Very bad experience, ordered a foot long sub for my daughter and just added one instruction to cut sandwich into 4 pieces instead of 2 so that my daughter can eat easily. Immediately the order is cancelled, when called the owner himself picked up the call and said they cancelled the order because of extra instruction and gave a suggestion to order else where than this location. Felt really bad , this is not a way to talk to a customer. Worst experience!! Never ordering from here again.

Got yelled at by the owner for putting two orders through as if its my fault they accept coupons for both. One of my orders got canceled. Was yelled at for not giving a tip even though I planned to give one physically. Terrible customer service!

Placed 2 orders online. I used the coupon available on the app. The guy, who says he is the owner canceled one of my orders. Didn't notify me at all, I ended up having to stop somewhere else to get the rest of my food for my family. Never had any other subway do this. As I walked in, he was talking to someone then proceeded to tell me he canceled it as if he was scolding me for the coupon the company gives. I won't be going back, and do not recommend this place.

Very horrible employees that are very condescending towards customers. You have to say something to them to get an order built when there’s no one inside two employees hiding in the back only one at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to go up to her very condescending. told me I should not come if I’m high, insinuated as to me being high on marijuana, which I don’t smoke just because someone’s voice sounds like that does not give you the right to claim that they’re getting high and does not allow you to say anything about them coming in business that they’re spending money at just because they hate their jobs does not allow them to treat customers like that especially recommending customers don’t come back in if they’re not happy with what they get paid, they should find a new job because they obviously are not good at it. I’m speaking about is one with black teeth I ordered one pretzel from the get-go. I told them that and they seem to be irritated that I’m ordering food, which is what pays there salaries then getting annoyed they made two pretzels even though I wanted one. I was so frustrated with them that I was not even going to try to argue at this time. I’d rather leave a review affecting this location one out of 10 recommendation if there is something closer or even further away from this location, recommend going to the one that’s further and looking through reviews first. Now thinking I would’ve rather been to be pretzel store at the mall which is more expensive just to actually get good treatment. Good employees are 75% of the reason why people choose certain businesses to support this gets taken care of either by the manager or owner to ensure that nobody else goes through what I went through.

If I could give a negative score I would. I just dealt with the owner in relation to the stellar $.99 foot-long deal. I did not know his policies and when I called the store, he accused me of abusing the system and wouldn’t let that happen and I needed to get right with God. I’ve never been spoken to like this and will never be back

I have never left a bad review, but when I first walked in no one acknowledged my presence. The two employees then continued to work on online orders for the next 10 minutes without making eye contact or saying a word to me. All it takes is for someone to say I will be with you in a minute. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Do not come here.

August 19th , 2024 around 8pm I went to this location it was horrible they were very rude A employee came up to the front to help me he asked what I would I like to get I answered He had said what I cant hear you and I told him again then he said what so he told his coworkers to turn the music down because He can’t hear this customer I had to tell him multiple times what kind of bread I wanted I know I was talking loud and clear after 3 times he finally listened his attitude was nasty at that point I should have just walked off and left but it was already late at night I didn’t want to stop anywhere else so he made my sandwiches After another employee asked if I want to add something else I told him I want some cookies he added up my total and put my stuff in a bag but then after I paid he just walked off didn’t even give me my receipt so I told the first employee that made my sandwich can I get my receipt he gave it to me I said thank you none of them spoke up and said nothing no customer service skills what’s so ever they need to be shut down I will not recommend going to this subway

May 2024 - wife ordered our 4 subs around 8pm on a Sunday. When I arrived my subs had not been made. I waited 30 minutes for my subs to be made. There was a young man there that was very nice. Busting his tail but some woman with a sweatshirt was working. She kept pulling on her sweatshirt with her gloves on. She tossed my order in the online section instead of handing it to me. She was very disrespectful. I won't be coming back to this place.

I hate to leave this review bc I go to this subway all the time. I really miss Jess and heaven and there was 2 other guys w/ glass also. Anyways today April 16th I went in and I know a few new people work there and they may need more training. Everytime I go in lately I get waited on by this girl that never smiles. The other new older lady is so mice. I asked for a footlong steak and cheese not toasted w/ double meat. There were a lot of people waiting in line and my sub was a late add on to the order I just paid for so I waited out of the way. she makes a sub and rings it up and looks at me and tells me the price. I said oh that's mine I'm sorry I didn't see u heat the steak so I didn't know. She says I didn't toast it. I said so it's just cold steak? They usually heat it up in the microwave in a dish if u don't want it toasted. She looked at me like I was wrong and maybe I am but every other subway I go to they either ask me if I want it warmed up or they just do it automatically. . She unwraps it and warmed it up I guess. When I got home my dad said, this is double meat? Why is my steak cold? Maybe some more training will help.

By far the worst sandwich I have ever had. The bread is so thin and yet still doing how does that happen?? As soon as I walked in the door I heard do you have a online order and I said no. Another customer walk in behind me and she asked him the same question. He said yes. I had already told her what I wanted. Which was a chicken bacon ranch double bacon. I said if you need to help him first that's fine. So I go and use the restroom and I come back she already started making my sandwich and put cheese on it without even asking me what kind of cheese I wanted. So it has cheddar cheese that I didn't want with an ad of pepper jack which I did want.The guy working with her seemed completely lost like he didn't know what the heck he was supposed to be doing. She told him to go ahead and finish up my order. He never changed his gloves after going from the cash machine. He got my sandwich put on the items I asked for which was great. But then I said extra sauce okay extra is one thing but to the point of exploding?..No thank you know anything. He didn't even put my sandwich in a bag no napkins nothing. Horrible service in the sandwich is very difficult to eat.
