Soooooo slow, this place has one worker only and need at LEAST two. I placed an order 25 minutes ahead of time to come in the store with a line and no sandwich. Terrible service won’t be back here !

My son placed an online order via the app on 11/2/25. When he went to pick it up, it wasn’t there and when he showed them his confirmation, he was told somebody had taken it and there was nothing they could do about it. He was told they have no control over online orders and he has to contact customer service on the app. He received no refund and they made him pay for another sandwich.

The manager and staff here are amazing—so friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable. I went with my daughter, and the manager even offered her a free cookie. Small gestures like that make a huge difference! The food was fresh and delicious, and this has become my go-to Subway location ever since. Keep up the great work!

The man who was working on 09/12/25 looked like he really didn’t want to be there. Instead of welcoming customers, he seemed annoyed by their presence. I’ve never seen someone work so half-heartedly before.

New owners or something? Something has changed and it’s really good now. You actually get FOOD on your bread instead of a shred of lettuce or half a spinach leaf. This is three or four times in a row now, so not a fluke!!
We had kids that had to go to the bathroom bad. We know in the past subway requires food purchase.
The sign says absolutely no public bathrooms.
I asked if we ordered lunch if we could use it and he said no. We found a place near by and then went to Burger King for lunch.

I highly recommend this Subway! Anytime I’ve been to this location, the store has always been very clean and the staff are fantastic. I’ll definitely be a frequent customer at this location!

I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I went to Subway with a valid $6.99 coupon from corporate, which is supposed to be accepted at ALL locations. However, the franchise owner of this location outright refused to honor it, claiming they “don’t follow corporate promotions.” Excuse me? Then why are you even part of the franchise?
The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me as if I was trying to scam them. This is false advertising and completely unprofessional behavior. The whole point of being part of a chain is consistency, yet this owner thinks they can make their own rules and rip off customers.
On top of that, the place was dirty, the vegetables looked old, and the bread was stale. Honestly, I should’ve walked out the moment I saw the conditions of the store. But the real cherry on top was dealing with the attitude of the owner, who clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or Subway’s reputation.
I’ll never be coming back to this location, and I suggest you avoid it at all costs. If you want Subway, find another location that actually respects corporate policies and treats customers with basic decency.

Very bad experience, ordered a foot long sub for my daughter and just added one instruction to cut sandwich into 4 pieces instead of 2 so that my daughter can eat easily. Immediately the order is cancelled, when called the owner himself picked up the call and said they cancelled the order because of extra instruction and gave a suggestion to order else where than this location. Felt really bad , this is not a way to talk to a customer. Worst experience!! Never ordering from here again.

Got yelled at by the owner for putting two orders through as if its my fault they accept coupons for both. One of my orders got canceled. Was yelled at for not giving a tip even though I planned to give one physically. Terrible customer service!

Placed 2 orders online. I used the coupon available on the app. The guy, who says he is the owner canceled one of my orders. Didn't notify me at all, I ended up having to stop somewhere else to get the rest of my food for my family. Never had any other subway do this. As I walked in, he was talking to someone then proceeded to tell me he canceled it as if he was scolding me for the coupon the company gives. I won't be going back, and do not recommend this place.
