This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. I think they have a system where they don’t want to have cars waiting at the window so they won’t let you pull up. Basically ordered my food through the app. Waited in line for 20 minutes get to the place where you place your order the kid tells me to wait a second. Tell him my name for the mobile order. He has be wait there. No cars in front of me at the window. Then he finally tells me to pull up and I am waiting for another 5 minutes at the window. I ordered 3 tacos. Not that difficult.

They're always so slow here! Taking one car at a time when they're not even busy! There's other TB locations that are closer and faster.

If you’re visiting from out of town, please look for another TB location, I haven’t had a quality meal from this location in at least a decade. I’ve lived in this area for that long and I drive to other locations to avoid this place. In my opinion, it’s the worst one in the state, maybe the nation.

I recently tried Taco Bell’s delivery service, which must have defaulted to this location. I was reminded once again why I drive out of my way to get some Taco Bell. The tortillas were crusty and hard on all of my burritos. The rice in my cantina bowl and my burrito was undercooked. Everything looked like a person with one arm and only four fingers put it together. I will not be using delivery services going forward out of fear of getting food from this location.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too! Took 4 people to simply ring in a combo #5 and a Mexican pizza and honor a free nacho taco reward. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t return there ever again. Absolutely horrible service food, everything!

Okay first of all shoutout to dude at the drive through window who served me at 12:34am!!! He was very kind, customer service A plus!!! Now down to the reason for this review… I started off my order in the drive thru by asking for the chicken burrito that the kind man explained doesn't start till tomorrow, no problem. He asked me to give him a moment to tend to another customer, again no problem I wasn’t in a rush. HOWEVER, whoever the miserable garden tool of a woman that chimed in on the headset being rude should stay off the headset! (She mostly likely decreases customer and employee morale) She chimed in informing me of obvious information and proceeded to give a nasty attitude, basically trying to rush me to order and did the super annoying and snarky “is that all” after ordering each of all 2 items and 1 drink lol. Cashier name on the receipt is Adanika M if that helps. But whoever that miserable lady is keep her and her bad vibes off the mic!!!! I didn’t make a fuss but the kind dude at the window apologized as soon as I pulled up cause he probably got second hand embarrassment from her doing way too much. Anyways, to the man in the window; you’re doing amazing I hope my employees are atleast half as kind as you are to customers. And to the rude woman; I’ll pray for you my dear. Have some decorum.

Ordered online. The store had “no record” showed the “team” my receipt but was told there’s “no way”. We were told “well we’ll just eat the cost and give you the food” the entire atmosphere reeked of negativity and neglect. Horrible service, horrible attitudes. Sad I helped make their paychecks

Well let me see I waited in the drive thru for about 22 minutes for a crunchwrap and a soft taco supreme. I do believe you people that work there need to step up on your work ethics and treat customers like they are vips. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR ASTABLISHMENT SO I WILL be taking business someplace else.

I want to give a kiss to whoever made my DoorDash order today. All my tacos were FILLED! Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. This Taco Bell used to be the worst but that was a nice surprise. Thanks guys!
