This is the worst taco bell i have been to The staff is disrespectful the drive through is a 20 minute wait and when you finally get your food it's sloppily made or missing something or has a hair in it the staff does not know how to treat people and the gm is always cussing at people
Hire more people for midnight shift please. The awaiting is ridiculous too long.

I ordered delivery through the mobile app and I ordered no beans on my nachos and it came with them also ordered a dirty soda and got a frozen Baja blast. I ordered the new confetti churros only to pull a black hair from my mouth mid bite. My husband and I do not have dark hair. Frankly I’d love a partial refund or something because that was disgusting.

Short staffed and didn't want to take our order at the counter. I didn't want to use the kiosk. I would recommend finding a different taco bell to go to.

Vee the manager is the very best. She was super nice and fast at replacing my missed item even though it wasn't her fault or her shift. I've had bad experiences at this taco bell but with more managers like vee the place will bring back many customers. Thank you!

Food was good but sparce. I added extra chees, I should have said double everything. There was very little anything on my tacos.
Cashier forgot to charge me for my soft drink. When I offered to pay for it the person in charge made fun of me to the other employees.

Tia was very rude and crushed the tacos. Upon further inspection there apeared to be somthing that looked like spit on the side of the taco.

Firstly, I pulled up to the drive thru and see the line is moving rather slowly. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the speaker when several cars have already left. I get to the speaker and am told that there is a big order ahead of me and that I need to wait 15 or so minutes. Sunken cost fallacy at this point, so I decided to wait it out. 30 minutes pass and someone finally comes back to the speaker, claiming their cameras are broken and they did not know there were several cars in their drive thru, despite talking to me prior with a different excuse. Now, I wasn't expecting anything, I didn't even ask, but after waiting all that time but no kind of apology was given or word. Just rude speaking from who I assume was the manager who suddenly cut off the other person I was speaking to. Yeah, the service here is just not good.

When they ask you to pull forward and wait at the sidewalk even though no one else is there, it's so that they can falsify data from the sensors at the drive thru and make it appear to corporate as if they're serving people quickly.

I ordered $47 worth of food at this location last night via the app. When I showed up, they said they had no beef, no beans, and no cheese, which meant they couldn't make most of the order. They had also cleared out the order without making it.
They could not provide me a refund at the store because the void button was "greyed out" on the register. They had to way to process a refund via the app. They could give me nothing to prove I didn't get the order so I could call corporate the next day. None of the employees were even familiar with the current app. The whole situation, from running out of core ingredients to the lack of ability or competence from the staff, was ridiculous.
I will say, one young lady tried her best to help, but she clearly didn't have the knowledge, training, or resources to do anything about my sitiuation. This ship is rudderless, and the manager should be canned.

Waited in line for 55 minutes at a DRIVE THRU. Then the employees have no idea what is in your mobile order and proceed to tell you they don’t know what’s in it. Half the time your items are missing or they are out of ingredients to make your order. This place needs to be shut down or new management and employees. You wouldn’t even wait this long if you went and sat down at a restaurant! Avoid this location at all costs.
