My daughter and I visited Teriyaki Madness for the first time, and we were absolutely blown away! We ordered the chicken breast with rice and vegetables, and it was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted so wholesome.
We had the pleasure of meeting Bernie, the owner, and he was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his restaurant and genuinely cares about his customers. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, though I did notice that the dining area looked as though it was partially shut down, with chairs up on tables in the back. It gave the impression that part of the restaurant was closed, and unfortunately, there was no restroom available for use.
Even with those minor setbacks, the food and service were excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Bernie, and the entire team at Teriyaki Madness for making our first visit so enjoyable!

Super sticky dirty floors, table was dirty, even the little menu/catering card at the table was caked with food. A bit overpriced for the amount of food you get in my opinion.
Food tasted good, but saltier than a salt lick.
However, the chicken potstickers were fantastic. I could eat those all day!!

First time trying Teriyaki Madness; Got the Steak Teriyaki bowl and crab rangoons. Paid for 6 got 5, no sweet and sour sauce in sight. Partner got no gyoza sauce with their dumplings. ? portions were smaller than I thought. Cashiers were nice and the place was clean tho. Food didnt stand out, would've enjoyed sauce cuz im a sauce boss but whatever. ?♂️

It's alright. Apparently, veggies aren't made fresh, and if you want something removed, they charge you. Yes, they charge an extra 0.25 cents for every veggie you don't want in your bowl. Interesting business practice.
I've been visiting Teriyaki Madness for about a year, and the food was always good. I order the Teriyaki bowl with brown rice and the same with noodles for my husband. We both enjoy the taste, the portion size, and the sauce on the side is awesome. I hadn't in a few months, had a taste for it. I placed my order on the app, as I always do. Picked up order, and sat in car to enjoy it fresh. I was surprised by the larger bowl, which I was excited about thinking they made the portion larger. Who doesn't like extra. But I was immediately struck by the tremendous amount of dry, brown rice that filled my bowl. In the past, the bottom of the bowl was full of veggies, topped with side of rice and your chicken and plenty of Teriyaki sauce. This version was full of dry brown rice, the sauce was swallowed up by the rice, hardly any veggies. The bowl was dry to say the least. Complete let down, and mentioned to hubby that I was done with them. He always says, get the noodles. I'll give another shot with his suggestion. What I've been saying about alot of food places giving less for more money. They'll price me right out of buying from them. I'm not gonna keep paying more for nothing. I can fix chicken, veggies and rice at home. It's just the convenience that we go to places. But not for long at this rate.
