Place just got new owners and everything went downhill. Been a regular for quite some time and the new owners have completely ruined this place. Near 20 minute wait just to get the order wrong and front manager was rude to employees. Extremely disappointed as this used to be a go-to food spot. Vegetables are undercooked, food quality is noticeably worse. Never returning again, very sad.

I’ve been coming here for years, and this used to be one of the most reliable spots in the area. Ever since the change in ownership—after Bernard and Amy Wong sold the place—the quality has taken a hard nosedive.
The meal I received looked nothing like what Teriyaki Madness is supposed to serve. The chicken was burnt, the flavor was completely off, and even the egg roll was charred. What you see in the photo is exactly how it arrived: overcooked, dried out, and tossed together with no care. The new owners failed my expectations COMPLETELY.
The previous owners (Bernard & Amy Wong) kept things consistent and actually cared about the product. Now, under the new ownership, the standards have collapsed. This was the final straw for me. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone until the quality is brought back to what it used to be.
One star is generous for what I was served.

Been going to teriyaki madness in the past but stopped after awhile to try other places. So I was in the area and decided to go in and order some food. Was not disappointed but felt it could have been better. I don't know what other reviews are saying but the wait time was reasonable.Service was good. Now the price for my food was reasonable considering everything has been going up in price since the last time I visited. Now my only complaint is probably just the quality of the food was not what I remembered when I ordered last time but that could be just my memory. Still good overall.

My partner and I are in the area about once or twice a month, and last month we discovered this place. The food was delicious and the service definitely exceeded my expectations, so we came back again last weekend and had another great experience! We'll be back again next time for sure!

I wrote a lower star review a while ago because of a somewhat disappointing experience due to an extra-long wait time. The food has always been good. I took a break for a while, but a birthday discount made me try it again. This time they were spot on, and the food is still delicious. I'm back!

Went back and tried it again. Food was better but the service wasn’t great. People behind the counter are not very nice and the wait time here is always super long.
I'm a pickey eater. However I walked in with a open mind and empty stomach. Other reviews said it's high priced and I do agree but everything is getting to be high priced. The young lady at the counter was very sweet and polite and helped me get what I was looking for. I order a regula bow with fried rice chicken carrots and broccoli.. like i said im a pickey eater only downfall there is a sign for no public restrooms i wonder if that means that paying customers are gonna be without... After eating it I'd say it was worth it. Fresh flavorful and fast. Will have to try it again in the future
