The rice was complete mush. The chicken was burnt. And the potstickers were a soggy mess. It's been a while since we've gotten food from there. And for what it cost, probably won't be back. The worst meal ever.

What's going on in there???
Everything was really good — super fresh and hot. I actually liked that I had to wait a bit because I could hear the food being cooked in the back. It made me happy knowing it wasn’t something handed to me in three minutes.
The beef isn’t wagyu, but it was definitely tender and flavorful. I ordered the steak with noodles and the orange chicken with fried rice. The orange chicken was really good — tender pieces, smaller than the usual big chunks you see elsewhere, but packed with flavor.
Overall, I was really impressed and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place has been my go to on a weekly basis for my lunch until yesterday!! There was a hair in my food as soon as I opened my bowl. On top of that the rice was super hard and the chicken tasted funky. Teriyaki madness you have been my go to every week for the past year and after this meal I don’t think I will be ordering from you again I’m so disappointed

Foods good but honestly having to wait almost an hour for food and getting no updates from the staff or being told ahead of time there will be a wait for food is very disappointing. The owner or manager did come and apologize which was very nice and gave coupons which made up for it, but it would just be nice to jave the warning ahead of placing an order

Great Place and Food ! They used to have one in Lapeer! I used to go there all the time and they closed down I was very disappointed 😞 they need to open up another location in the thumb !
Place just got new owners and everything went downhill. Been a regular for quite some time and the new owners have completely ruined this place. Near 20 minute wait just to get the order wrong and front manager was rude to employees. Extremely disappointed as this used to be a go-to food spot. Vegetables are undercooked, food quality is noticeably worse. Never returning again, very sad.

I’ve been coming here for years, and this used to be one of the most reliable spots in the area. Ever since the change in ownership—after Bernard and Amy Wong sold the place—the quality has taken a hard nosedive.
The meal I received looked nothing like what Teriyaki Madness is supposed to serve. The chicken was burnt, the flavor was completely off, and even the egg roll was charred. What you see in the photo is exactly how it arrived: overcooked, dried out, and tossed together with no care. The new owners failed my expectations COMPLETELY.
The previous owners (Bernard & Amy Wong) kept things consistent and actually cared about the product. Now, under the new ownership, the standards have collapsed. This was the final straw for me. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone until the quality is brought back to what it used to be.
One star is generous for what I was served.
