Such a friendly staff

This is my favorite location to go to! Not only because I live like less than 2 blocks away but because of Jamila, Bethany & Tania - the customer service I’ve received from them every single time I come in, is such a warm, welcoming experience. Staff can play a huge impact on how a business is ran and I truly believe that these 3 young ladies keep it together (this is MY opinion + MY experience - I cannot speak for others)

But yes definitely 10/10 Recommend coming to this Tim Hortons if you are in the area and/or looking for a new location to start goin! Thanks again, guys! Amazing customer service!

I was in your store on Thanksgiving. The girl that waited on me used the same gloves to get my donuts and take my money. I said something to her about her gloves and she just smiled at me. I sat in the store to drink my coffee and watched her just keep on waiting on people and cashing them out eith the same gloves. I call the stoto talk to a manager 4 times 2 times they never answered 2 times they hung up on me. That so needs to be addressed. You won't top off my coffee because of covid but you don't enforce changing gloves when you handle the money

Ordered carry out chicken panini and 3 chili's
Got home and there was no chicken on the panni just cheese.
Chili was not even 1/2 full
Tasted awful
They just can't get it tigether
Terrible, Terrible bussiness..
Go to any other Tims except this one
This is why they have so much turn overs

Managers don't care if their even there
What a dump
.health department don't seem to be doing there job about the thelth of this place

Highly disappointed in this location and the corporate office. We had an issue all the way back in December that still has not been resolved. I keep getting empty promises of a store manager contacting. I also keep getting told that the corporate office is escalating things but nothing. I simply wanted a refund for our poor visit but at this point I want nothing from you. I feel a poor review is all I have left to do.

This store used to great till COVID, this it has slid down hill ever since. I always order 2 LG ice caps not whip add caramel and chocolate sauce. The total comes to $10.38. I was just charged $11.48 after so to do at the drive through register. A woman I assume the manager came the window and told my order was rung up wrong and it would be $11.48 I asked if the prices have gone up. She said no. So they are ringing up my order in a way that it costs more! Why would you do that to your customers? I will be leaving a complaint with corporate hopefully they fix this issue. Or replace the Manager.

They didnt have the choice to give no stars so i was forced to give them 1 star. I visited this stores drive thru at 7:45am this morning. I was at the speaker ordering but still trying to figure out what my son wanted. The lady who took my order was very very rude as she stated "can you hurry up, we have a long line". REALLY😡
I definitely had some words for her when I pulled up to the window. Telling her that that was poor customer service and she's lucky I'm still giving her money. The only reason why I continued to pay for my order was my son needed to eat breakfast before school and I didnt have time to go anywhere else. I definitely will not be visiting this location anymore.

Veterans Day and the lady says no free doughnut and was very rude . All other time Hortons can do it but this one .

I purchased a Halloween bucket with 31 timbits thru the app and received a 20 piece box of Timbits once I got to the store. The whole reason I ordered it was for the bucket.

Update: Issue still has not been resolved.

I live close to here so I have been a lot and everytime it’s not good. How do you work here and not know how to make an iced coffee or know what a 3*3 is? Went today asked for large ice coffee 3*3 they never stir it so I made her take it back in and stir. Still tasted strong and old and it was dark barely no sugar or cream. None of the workers can make a good coffee no matter how many times I go back and I complain. The Owner needs to teach his employees how to make a coffee seriously hot or iced both suck.
I would rather drive farther to get a correct coffee it doesn’t take that much brain cells to make one. I’m done trying until u train or get new employees cause they suck. Donuts and sandwiches are fine..and when you ask to remake coffee they get attitudes! Please teach your employees how to make a coffee correct.
