18$ for a large sub with barely any meat or toppings and (6$) spicy cheese curds that had 7 cheese curds. Absolute rip off. Feels like I should’ve payed 5$ total for the quality/quantity of food. Save your hard earned money and eat elsewhere for better food and a better deal! Shame on this business.

We ordered three subs and asked for three extra sauce containers. The young girl working there packaged the order and forgot to add the three extra sauces. So we ate subs w/o enough sauce on them at home which was not pleasant!. Then I called back and no one answers the phone during business hours. The man/owner is great but he needs more responsible on the ball people working with him and ANSWER YOUR PHONE as a business should do!

Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted like an old friend. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet genuinely kind, welcoming, and always in a good mood. What really stands out is how he remembers faces and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s only your second visit. It’s the kind of personal touch that you just don’t get at most places anymore. I alwyas do an online order and never have to wait. He always has everything made right when you walk in. We ordered a party sub on Wednesday for pick up on Saturday. From the first call to pick up everything went very smooth and the party sub was great. David at the store did an awesome job. His customer service was exceptional and so was the product.

Don’t order online. I’ve order online there twice and both times the order did not go through when arrived to pick up. The first time the excuse was they never received the order in their system. Even though I had an order confirmation email. The second time the guy behind the counter said he didn’t see my order because it went to the spam email. How is that even possible? I realize this complaint is not the end of the world but it defeats the purpose of online ordering. And if this nonsense is happing in plain view who knows what other nonsense is happing behind the scenes. Just doesn’t seem like a well running operation over there. Time to find another Tubby’s

Used to think Tubby‘s had good submarines sandwiches. This is the worst sub I’ve ever had. They slice the meat so thin you got like one piece of meat absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time. Go to Subway. At least you get a little meat on it. What a rip off
