Every time I try to come here it's problems. Ordered from the breakfast menu and by the time I pulled up to the window it was no longer breakfast. 😂 The staff is consistently rude and acts like you're bothering them. I stopped going here awhile back for these reasons. I was in a hurry and decided to try again. Same story. Crunchy staff that can't decide what menu they're honoring. Go further east to Panera, or further west to....idk, any place but this dumpster fire.

I will not be going back to this location. I ordered a 2 pattie bacon and mushroom burger when I got home I found a single pattie bacon burger. The crew was busy goofing off not reading the orders.

Nasty store served me cold and old food also employee in kitchen was vaping relentlessly, the other 2 by the window were vaping and clowning around. Management needs to get a hand of things at this location. Employee didn’t care made eye contact while smoking like it was a regular thing. Place is right by my house what a shame, this place needs to be shut down or needs an overhaul of the current employees. Used to patron frequently but it has fallen off a cliff won’t be coming here again!

Fresh and amazing food every time. If I go there for a frosty they have frosties. Your food is always hot and fresh. I would drive 10 mi out of my way to go to this . location.

Restaurant dining room tables were dirty and floor needed to be swept. Some areas needed updating. Food was good bathrooms next to Tim Hortons or outdated and following apart. One sink did not even work. Staff was friendly.

The girl with black glasses, a little bit on the chubby side was awful. She was so rude. Had a nasty attitude when I asked a simple question. She barked back at me and said I don’t even know what you’re talking about. I use to to like coming here, but recently, the service has been nothing but disgusting. I only come here because it’s convenient from where I live. Corporate needs to do something about the attitude at this location. Or they need a management overhaul

I did an online order. First the web page doesn't work worth a damn. Secondary the food was cold and had hair in it. I was missing half the order. The only positive thing was customer service. I did get a refund from the customer service person.
