I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I am being so honest and I promise I’m not exaggerating when I say these were the absolute worst wing stop wings I have ever had. Never in my life did I ever think wings could taste this horrible! I ordered a 10 pc all flat wing Louisiana / honey hot combo with fried 2 ranch dips no drink. The wings tasted boiled and flash fried. They were also TOUGH!!! And hard to chew!!!! LIKE THE MEAT WAS TOUGH LIKE TURKEY MEAT. OmGeeeee!!!! The FRIIIIIES tasted like they were cooked YESTERDAY!!!! In old grease!!!! Sweet mother of PEARL!!! WHAT HAPPENED??? How can WINGS BE THIS DISGUSTING???? I’m so sorry but maybe you all should consider closing this establishment if simple WINGS can’t be prepared correctly! A total of 34.00 down the drain. What a Waste SMH👎🏻

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! I ordered 10 piece classic wings and they had freezer burn marks. Old chicken!!! I'm pissed.

In addition, the 5 pieces of corn was dry.

Ordered 60 wings, only 40 were delivered, tried to call over and over to get the rest of the order we paid for but no one wanted to answer the phone for 1 hour straight.
It’s no wonder they have a 2.1 star rating at this location

Update: I wanted to thank Wingstop for doing the right thing in this situation. While it was very disappointing to receive half my order and not be able to speak with anyone, corporate handled the situation gracefully and for that i will consider other Wingstop locations in the future

Never ever I will go to this location on hall rd, very rude and never get my orders right. Whenever I order my food from them, they always give me missing food or different flavors from what I order. Also never answer their phone whenever I call them.

It was absolutely unbelievable, but I placed an order at 5:50 pm that was to be ready by 6:10 PM. It was not ready until 7:10 pm. I literally waited in the restaurant for an hour after my order was supposed to be ready. The staff moved like sloths. It was unacceptable. There was no apology. No one was ever at the register for the entire hour as other people were trying to walk in & place orders. None of the staff wore gloves at all while preparing the food. Luckily, the order was correct. That's the only positive.
Both the wait and the staff were ridiculous!

I don’t ever write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. I had the WORST experience at this wingstop location. The district manager Dennis Kelly was extremely unprofessional and ill mannered, very discourteous. Not only did I wait almost 1 hour for my food but he told me multiple times my food only had 10 more minutes, when I asked for a refund he told me I could not get one and would have to come back at another time. Furiously still waiting since I can’t get a refund, I asked Dennis why my food is taking so long, I had arrived at 4:18 and it was now 5:07pm… he told me bone in wings just take a long time and that they’re super short staffed.. I reminded him I got boneless wings and all of the other customers whose names appeared on the order board after mine, had already came and left with their food. And at THIS TIME another woman from the back says they haven’t even started my order. Angry, I asked Dennis if you’re so short staffed then why have you been on your phone talking for the last 20 minutes? Why are you not back there helping? And he said “because this is a $1,000 dollar outfit”….. I asked him for a number to call about my experience and to ask someone else for a refund and he turned and pointed to the cameras and told me he will send in this video to the VP of me being so nasty and that they would’ve accommodated me with coupons had I not been nasty.
Not that it matters but I worked in fast food for 10 years, and we always accommodated for our customers when we fell short, because things happen. If I would’ve talked to a customer like that at my old restaurant, I would’ve been fired. I wrote a letter to their corporate office and I don’t think I’ll ever eat at a wingstop again. I went home crying.

I came to this location a few months ago and honestly had a terrible experience. Since then, I found myself avoiding it altogether—until one day I was craving wings and decided to give it another try.

I’ve been back twice recently, and both times the customer service and attention to guests were outstanding—so much so that I asked if the place was under new management. Today, I learned that it is, and it really shows.

I noticed this location has quite a few one-star reviews, but based on my recent experiences, I truly believe the new manager is working hard to turn things around. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I want to highlight the positive changes. With the way things are going now, I can only see this place getting better.
