Just left the store to redeem a bday ice cream that expired today. I showed the lady my phone to scan and it wouldn't scan but she can see that I had a free scoop. She wouldn't give me the ice cream and basically told me to leave. When I asked for corporate number to call and discuss my issue, she wouldn't give me the number and told me to go outside and look for it. 1st and last time at this location. If y'all want ice cream with good customer service go to 12 & hoover

I HAD THE DUMBEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BASKIN ROBBINS.I ORDERED A QUART OF ICE CREAM THUR UNBER EATS. MINUTES AFTER THE UBER GUYCALLS AND TELLS ME THEY HAVE NO ICECREAM,IWAS LIKE, WHAT ICREAM STORE DOES NOT HAVE ICE CREAM.HE CALLED ME AGAIN WITH THE SAME RESPONSE, NO ICE CREAM, I AM SO FURIOUS BY THIS TIME. I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING, SO I SAID JUST CANCEL MY ORDER,THEN UBER EATS GONNA TEXT ME WITH I STILL HAVE TOPAY FIFTY DOLLARS FOR THERE TIME. WHAT TIME, THE GUY HAD NOY GOT THERE YWT, I AM THOUGH WITH BASKINROBBINSAND UBER EATS, THEY FULL OF CRAP!!!

They need to correct their hours on your Google page. It says 11pm but actually closes at 10pm.
They're ice cream is generally while frozen and solid and it was more like soft serve. Probably won't be going back after all these years.
