We doordash from this location occasionally and every single time we ever do our entire order is wrong every time, how difficult is it to scoop the correct ice cream it's literally like they just scoop whatever flavor is in front of them and send

‼️DO NOT BUY HERE‼️ OVERPRICED. Go somewhere else like the one on 12 mile & Hoover. They are overpriced. Service is also poor and freaking slow. Their quartsize priced at $9.99. Others is $6.79 or 2 for $11.99. Photo attached that has address shown overpriced quartz.

Came up there, doors were locked. No sign saying drive thru only at 945pm. Asked for lemon sorbet, didn't have it. Then asked for daiquiri ice, didn't have it. Told them I could only have dairy free and then he yelled at me "rainbow" multiple times. That's sherbet and it's not dairy free. I've been getting daiquiri ice for 30yrs. How do you not have a staple flavor? Online ordering says you have them. And if you are drive thru only, post your flavors.
Out of bananas, "discontinued" brownies, no mixed berry smoothie. Basically nothing that's advertised on the online menu. And I'm confused. He seemed nice so I gave him a tip and i usually dont tip in drive thrus, but I ordered a scoop of chocolate and scoop of vanilla with hot fudge and caramel and sprinkles. He acknowledged all of that then asked me vanilla and chocolate? Not sure if he was clairifying that item or one of the others I ordered so I said small scoop of vanilla for the second thing and vanilla and chocolate for the first. I got no sundae, just vanilla and chocolate ice cream. I'm confused because he repeated me when I said stated the toppings. Like he actually repeated the toppings to me and then I got no toppings. I was so sad cos I already drove off before opening the bag ...I wanted my sundae!!

Used to go every day and it was awesome. Now the new staff is rude and the product put out is sub par. Went through the drive through and they're even more rude there. Do yourself a favor and go to Tim Hortons next door.

Website says closes at 11pm. Doors locked before 10pm with the open sign still on. Lazy people.

I understand if you don’t want to give a free sample but come on take down the sign that says “sample and flavor for free until you find your favorite”! Asked for an ice water and was told bottle water only!
