The air conditioner was out during a heat advisory and they made there staff work in that condition. The staff is amazing and dedicated and don't deserve to work in an unsafe environment. The owner should be ashamed.

I unfortunately can no longer recommend this location. I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed a strong nose dive on customer service and quality the last several months. My last visit was the last when the team member working could not have been more rude and acted as though he would rather be anywhere else. My frozen drinks have included large chunks of ice and it’s a visible inconvenience when I’ve requested they re-blend or re-make my drink. They ask you to tip them every time, which I have because I appreciate them being there, but so many visits of rude team members and my drinks being made incorrectly, I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money here. The drive to another location, such as Ferndale, is worth it. I’ve been met with kindness and great service every time at every other location I’ve been to.

Advice for new employees, calm down, and take your time. It's better to get the order correct than worrying about time. Speed comes with time on the job. Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.
I go to this place every Saturday and Sunday morning and idk who told them it’s ok to ask if I want to leave a tip?! For what handing me a coffee? Do they not make an hourly wage? Last time I go I’ll go to 711 down the street to
