I asked for an extra dry cappuccino with breve. It was a latte. I explained it has 95%foam and very little liquid. They remade it with fat-free half and half and said that's the best they could do. My regular Biggby in Lapeer makes it correctly. Not all Biggbys are the same.

I order the same thing every BIGGBY I go to, but this one in particular has burnt all my drinks 4x in a row. I suggest driving a little further to a location that will make better coffee.
