employees here are VERY nice. it’s super clean, very quick and the food came out nice and hot . i already decided on the positive review before i opened my fry lover burger and realized there wasn’t any fries on it…. it’s okay i don’t need the calories but it was still tasty! accidents happen and it’s still edible .

They got the no tomato right but couldn't understand no cheese and yes please charge me for a ranch that I never receive. It's frustrating cuz I won't come back to point out the fact that you weren't busy just lazy. No excuse with the receipt correctly printed and stuck to the bag.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. James and I forgot the cashiers name was so polite my food was outstanding they let me know that there would be a little bit of a wait so they can make me fresh products. I live in a suburbs in Novi and I don't get this kind of service or food where I'm at. I have also been a general manager in the food industry my whole life well for 24 years. So I know exactly what to look for in I got to say these gentlemen need a raise!! Again I'm very picky because I know the standards that need to be delivered and these men went above and beyond very polite very patient explain things I didn't understand and most importantly all my food was amazing thank you so much!! And well done and this time and age you just don't get the fresh service and food that I got today.

So I’m writing this review so integrity can be focused on at this checkers. I came in line and asked if they had if they had ranch and if I could get some, the lady said yes, and when I looked in the bag, there was nothing not even a single ranch usually this isn’t a problem, but it was for my girlfriend and she really wanted that ranch and i asked before I left and she said there were two I open the bag boom zero ranches.
After starting to eat I realized that I paid for a large fry and i got a small not even a medium, our chicken bite box had bites that looked freezer burnt.
The wait was bad and the layout was pretty difficult to understand so I was just loving the value of the money and I Love them fries

90% of the time the milkshake machine isn’t working!!! Called today before going, they said it’s working, got there and it wasn’t, again… Quick sign on the machine would save people time both employees and customers. No returning to this location

the least spicy chicken in the history of soft chicken sandwiches. didn't get my apple pie either, but thankfully i parked and ate there, so i was able to get back in line and get it before heading home. worst chicken sandwich ever. I'd take speedway over it.
Foods never fresh like the fries used to be fresh but now they never are and the burgers are never fresh anymore either so sick of this crap and the employees always seem annoyed when ordering

Do not order online here. They will not get it made. I ordered online at this specific location and when I got there was told I do not have an order. Had to call corporate to get a refund which still isn't here yet. Will not order here again.

Food was good. I ordered online. When I pulled up to the order box I wastold, in a very rude way that I had to go to the other line. There were no signs stating that before I got in line. I had to get the order through the passenger window, which was very inconvenient as I am disabled, and reaching for the bag was painful. The food was very good, though.

Whoever is in charge of this location should be training at other locations so they can all be as stellar in quality and service as this one.
