employees here are VERY nice. it’s super clean, very quick and the food came out nice and hot . i already decided on the positive review before i opened my fry lover burger and realized there wasn’t any fries on it…. it’s okay i don’t need the calories but it was still tasty! accidents happen and it’s still edible .

They got the no tomato right but couldn't understand no cheese and yes please charge me for a ranch that I never receive. It's frustrating cuz I won't come back to point out the fact that you weren't busy just lazy. No excuse with the receipt correctly printed and stuck to the bag.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. James and I forgot the cashiers name was so polite my food was outstanding they let me know that there would be a little bit of a wait so they can make me fresh products. I live in a suburbs in Novi and I don't get this kind of service or food where I'm at. I have also been a general manager in the food industry my whole life well for 24 years. So I know exactly what to look for in I got to say these gentlemen need a raise!! Again...
