If I could leave 0 stars I would. It's Saturday night and this location (14 mile and John r) appears to be closed durning what is listed on google and Apple to be their operating hours. I understand if google and Apple are wrong, just change your listing. However, if the case is that your night shift is just lazy and decided not to answer the drive through, then that needs to be fixed. I went through the drive thru around 9:15, nobody answered the intercom. Either change your hours on Apple and google maps or change your employees to someone who cares about their job.

This place is never open when they are supposed to be... and if by some miracle they are open they are usually out of food items. It's sad because I used to love checkers.

Not always open during the posted business hours. Staff isn't very friendly. Drive thru worker tried to hand me a cup with pop spilling down the sides of it then acted as if I was giving her a hard time by saying something about it. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is shut down or sold soon.

I always love checkers but that location is running by unprofessional individuals that never got trained to serve a customer and they dont answer the phone no matter how many times you call... i hate that bad location

Its 12:12 and they aren't open. No lights, no cars, nothing. I see someone else reviewed they dont open on time on sundays. What the junk checkers. I've never had luck at this location.
Ate inside - air conditioner was too cold, making it uncomfortable to sit through our meal. Boneless wing are a little heavy on the breading.

Love this location service is impeccable. It's one guy in particular he's a taller and muscular/stocky built gentleman. He's so handsome and nice on the intercom and even nicer at the window. I hope he sees this and keep it up.
