Whoever the heavyset lady in the store needs to learn some good customer service and I believe she may be the manager however, my experience wasn’t as pleasant as it needed to be. I seen her wiping food from the counter back into the food bins. That alone makes this my first and last time coming to this location.

Went into location 90 minutes before close and they had no chicken of any kind, no fajita veggies, and no brown rice. Stated they weren’t making anymore for the rest of the night. I thought this was a bit odd from my years in the restaurant industry we never would stop making food an hour and a half before close. I wanted to leave this review to warn everyone not to stop in here unless it’s at least two hours before close because apparently they don’t restock food after that.

Terrible service yesterday - to be fair to the employees, it was the managers fault.

The manager disappeared from the cash register for about 20 minutes and instructed the employees not to touch it. Obviously a queue of more than 10 people built up with fully made meals just waiting to check out.

When the manager came back there was zero acknowledgement of the ridiculousness of what they just did - nothing added as an apology. I fully regret not leaving because the food was now cold and not worth the full price.

Again, felt bad for the other employees. They were frustrated alongside us and apologetic.

Was a great Chipotle. Over the last few months it has slowly been ruined by rude workers and terrible slow service. The food is a lot less quality.

It seems that I can never have a good experience at chipotle. The food tends to be good tasting and consistent. However there always seems to be a problem with the service. Whether it’s being out of ingredients or a lack of service, it’s rare that I don’t have some sort of issue.
On my last visit, the store had signs on the door saying that the inside of the store was closed so you had to order online and pick up at the window. Who knows what that was about. Not only was it inconvenient but it also costs more!
Not to mention, when we pulled around to the window to pick up our order, employees were nowhere to be found, and the kitchen was a disaster. Food, cups, tin foil and much more littered the floor of the kitchen area at the window and it was unsightly. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority.

This location was out of literally everything. The line was basically empty. I asked for quac and there was less than half a scoop left in the container, which I was completely fine with. However, getting charged the full price for hardly anything at all was absurd. My boyfriend also took the last half scoop of queso and got charged the full price for it as well. Normally I don’t leave reviews because I have worked in food before, and understand that things happen, and you run out. I just think that it is a little bit ridiculous that we got charged full price for less than half the regular portion size especially when Chipotle already has a bad reputation for their portion sizes. On a lighter note, the staff was super nice, and the facility was clean and in order.

Y'all… this chipotle has been awful ever since it opened. They’re out of stuff 90% of the time I go. And like.. out of the important stuff.. there have been multiple times they casually told us “no meat.” Staff is chaotic and rude most of the time. Figure it out people 🙃

Love the food love the price 2 people for 30$ or less! My one complaint is that the chairs are uncomfortable better for take out and the black beans 🫘 had weird hard stringy things in them? Seems organic in matter almost like a corn 🌽 husk?

This location is newer and absolutely awful. Always out of items and the food isnt good (usually burnt or super salty). Like EVERYONE else is saying in the reviews, we won't continue to spend money here.

I came about 6:30p dinner rush, I was surprised no lines, no wait, food was not slung all over the food counter, the food area was rather clean, the food looked fresh, friendly enviroment and the teamwork to keep things moving was displayed. They would have gotten 5 stars in the food area but they were out of black beans and the new honey chicken two things I wanted so I had to settle for regular chicken and pinto beans. The food still tasted good.

We had to walk out because the girl at the counter was giving us dirty looks for absolutely no reason and we felt unwelcomed. It sounds like this isn't the first time at this location. The manager could care less. Will not be returning.
