First time I ever came here, the rice was severely undercooked… today I order a pick up for a chicken burrito with 2x protein and got home and they didn’t put any chicken on it at all… Just a bean rice burrito.

This was quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever received in my entire life. Unfortunately, I ordered through GrubHub with a coupon and that was just the wrong thing to do.
I had to change an item and it wasn’t a big change – it was literally substituting vegetables for meat on ONE taco. I placed this order two hours prior (I wanted it delivered in the evening and that way when I got home, I could enjoy it).
I contacted GrubHub immediately, and they called the restaurant to make sure that this issue would be changed. I too called the restaurant to make sure this would be changed as they were not making my order yet. The order was an hour away from even being prepared so there should’ve been no reason that this could not have actually been done.
Not only did they screw up the tacos-they were slathered with meat as if to give me a middle finger. Both were flour tortillas yet I received corn and a boatload of meat.
My burritos were ordered clear and I easily listed everything I wanted on them and my mother (who does not eat sour cream -we didn’t order sour cream on it –it literally had about 5 tablespoons of sour cream on her burrito).
My burrito that I ordered with sour cream had very little. I basically threw away 3/4 of a burrito because it tasted like crap. I guess I am not a super fan of chipotle – even though their commercials act as if it’s so fresh – it’s still always taste like slop and I don’t know how hard it is for someone to simply follow the order. When you go inside and they ask you what you want you tell them and like a little assembly line they add everything you want to it. So it isn’t as if you are ordering something that comes standard that is made the same way every single time and you ask for a substitution -then I could understand a mess up here or there. Basically threw away almost an entire burrito, 2 tacos, and the chips had so much salt on them that they were inedible. It was like somebody took a half a container of cheap table salt and dumped it in one small bag of chips. The four bites of the burrito I managed to eat due to extreme hunger, now has me feeling nauseated.
Vegetarian options: When someone orders something vegetarian, maybe you should learn how to make it vegetarian.

Why is this location so bad? Every time my food has been late and they're out of things. I've given up on this location, which is really a bummer because it's the closest to my house. This burrito bowl was missing all the toppings.. 😩

Just awful. This location is disgusting. They never have most of the best ingredients. My 3rd time going to this location- they have never had the fajita veggies any time. The staff is exceptionally rude- they could care less, moreover, the manager is the rudest of them all. The experiences I’ve had at this location will make me think twice on ever going to Chipotle again. I never write review- my experience was so bad - I simply had to share.

Don’t go there after 8:00 PM. They are out of everything. The food that they do have isn’t the freshest either. I suggest going to the one at 14 and John R after 7.

So 4 out of 5 of my orders have been missing items on my salad at this location. Most of the time it’s lettuce and dressing, today included chicken. The labels always right but what is included is wrong. My adult kids orders are usually right. They like to go here for the location relative to us, but I’m not getting anything here again. I wasn’t going to post this because I see all the other posts complaining already, but I’m hoping the owner sees and fixes things.

I placed an order for a steak burrito on the app and was told to arrive after 15 minutes. When I got there, I was told there was no steak ready and they had to start cooking it and it would take ten minutes. After 15 minutes, I decided to cancel the order. The automated Pepper assistant in the app sent me in circles and was no help canceling, so I had to wait 22 minutes for it to be ready. When I got home, I found it was a burrito bowl instead. There was also a piece of plastic mixed in with the food, which I fortunately realized before swallowing the bite. Definitely would not recommend.

So disappointed. Tried the new brisket and the portion they considered “a full portion” was laughable then charged me $7.50 for another scoop! I had a chips reward but because she added it in as chips and guak, it did not remove my reward! Last couple of times I’ve taken my daughter we get two burritos and chips and drinks. It’s around $30 today we got three burritos chips and guak with 2 drinks and it ended up being $56 with a side of “I hate my customers and my job”

Waited half an hour for the order. Staffs are so rude. If I can give 0 star, I would. Please close this branch or hire new set of staffs and manager.

You should check your entire meal before leaving. They won’t tell you they’re out of a food item—they’ll just hand you your bag and say, “Have a nice day.” The lady failed to inform me they were out of chips for the guacamole. Luckily, I checked my bag to make sure everything was there. When I told her I didn’t have my chips, she said, “Well, we’re out.”
So, you don’t inform your customers that you’re out of an item they paid for? Since I ordered through the app, they can’t issue a refund, and the app’s bot customer service doesn’t refund either. Instead, it gives you a free order of chips, but the coupon expires in two days.
The wait was long, too. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:10, but they didn’t start it until 5:20, and I didn’t get my food until 5:35. On top of it my food was cold. There was no drive-thru line and only two people in the lobby.
The last time I went, I waited an hour for my food. I decided to give them another chance since they’re new, but that was a mistake. I’ll stick with the Woodward location from now on.

The people are very unfriendly. I go here only because it’s by my work but I’m prolly gonna stop. I was excited to have one close by.
