Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream. This store is terrible. Every time the owner or their family is there its like their rationing the mix ins. You're lucky if they put a single oreo in your large. Endless times I've gone, tried tipping 100% even, regretably so. Worst Cold Stone.

Called ahead for an oreo milkshake as I was in a rush. The gentleman had the shake ready when I walked in and was kind enough to treat my kids to small cups of ice cream on the house. The oreo shake was great and the customer service was even better!

Yummy Vanilla with strawberries! This was my Birthday Ice Cream, I got a $5 coupon!

Paid for double almonds in my shake… I don’t see ANY almonds. I do taste the smallest hint… just terrible when I asked for double and paid for double. Wont be back.

Good customer service

Never a bad experience. I've been visiting most of my life. The new Banana cream signature is my absolute all time favorite. Get extra of the mix ins and it is 👩‍🍳💋🤌🏻

Fast and friendly service, employees were attentive and detail oriented, I look forward to coming back here. Far too often employees in customer service turn people away from their establishments, especially in this area. Kudos 👏 to these guys for running a tight ship

The food and atmosphere were great but the quantity is disappointing. I ordered a large ice cream and my cup wasn’t even completely filled. They should definitely improve on this aspect.

i arrived at the store in the afternoon. as soon as i walked in, i was greeted by a young gentleman who told me he goes by the name liban. he treated me like i was one of his friends and made me feel really great due to my social anxiety! give him a raise.

came in today around 4 pm. i didn’t catch the name of the sole guy working there but HE DESERVES THE HIGHEST OF RAISE. i have been to countless Coldstones and this one has THE BEST service from this man!!!!! he worked better than a group of 4 i went to a couple weeks ago downtown!!!
