I’ve never had Cold Stone before and what a delightful experience this was. Such creamy and delectable ice cream. Delicious. I got the Brookie and added Reese’s peanut butter cups.

My favorite Cold Stone! Every single employee that works there not only treats/greets me like family; but they know my exact order of icecream + how to make/how I want it by heart! Always smiling faces, no matter what as well! Thanks for the continuous amazing service, always, guys!

Got a milk shake. All milk no ice cream. Was the thinnest shake I’ve ever had. McDonald’s has better shakes at this point. Let alone all the mom and pop stores. Also the workers kept the freezer open so the ice cream was all melted and easier to work with but again it’s called ICE cream not melted cream.

The ice cream was melted, they used Redi-whip instead of their in house whipped cream, and the shake barely had ice cream (it was mostly milk). This place went downhill fast.

When you spend ten bucks for a treat it should look like it. Secondly to be charged a $1.00 for a scoop of coconuts is ridiculous. Maybe just maybe had I known I would insisted they be more generous with my portion.

Ice cream in special way, they mix it right in front of you…And it is really tasty

Happy Easter everyone! I had a wonderful experience at Cold Stone today! The gentleman that took care of me, Haris was super friendly & pleasant from the moment I walked in. He is professional & very courteous. He made my order precisely the way I wanted & even did a little extra! ;) Service with a smile & delicious ice cream!! Doesn’t get much better than that. ?☺️

DO NOT COME HERE! I came in for 2 icecream cones and I asked for a cake cone and they just give me a waffle cone. Then they charged me $12 for 2 cones. It is a scam! Go to a different location.

This Cold Stone location has friendly workers that do a fine job. My only complaint is the music is way too loud inside. It’s hard to accurately order and discuss the products.

They have lots of variety of possibilities for toppings, the Ice cream itself quality isn't very good. I would go again, and i donor recommend the brownie it makes your ice cream taste a lot less like ice cream and more like flavored foam.

Service is great, they take the time to let you taste the flavours and help you to make the decision. Many flavors to chose ?

I had one of the Reese's ice cream treats, and it was pretty good but too sweet and I couldn't finish the small size. The menu is confusing. Also quite expensive. I had a gift card but not sure I'd want to go back. But you'll like it if you like candy and lots of mix-ins in your ice cream, and aren't picky about high-quality/"real" ingredients in the ice cream itself.

Their ice cream tasted very old and expired. I am never returning to this place and am appalled at the quality and the service was not warm or welcoming at all. They were not using gloves at all, neither the associate helping me or his fellow older associate (or manager) behind him preparing more ice cream. The price is already outrageous and ridiculous, and to have the quality taste even worse, I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I hope corporate looks at this and investigates this location because I am never returning or bringing my friends or family. Not just your staff but your ice cream. You're better off buying something at the grocery store and enjoying it at home.
