They need to update their hours of operation. It’s 1:30 on a Sunday and they are closed. Their posted hours say they should be open. You guys taking two minutes to update your hours could have saved me 15 minutes. Call ahead and make sure they are open before coming here. They won’t last long, this is a telltale sign that they are doomed. I ate here once before and it wasn’t that good. I won’t be back.
Never going back, ordered a Greek salad that used to be loaded with toppings. It was stale Romaine lettuce with one tomato, 2 olives, a tsp of onion. Anyways, used to be a great place for food quality and value but not anymore, won't be back.

Courteous and attentive staff, and everything we’ve ordered has been above expectations. Overall favorite is the French onion soup! We now try to make this a weekly stop.

Not only was my order handed to me in the same hand as a woman holding a cigarette, but the shrimp and fries that I ordered were undercooked and not up to safety standards. When I called the restaurant I was yelled at and hung up on by the individual who answered the phone after being told to bring the food back up and to be issued a refund. When I arrived the doors were locked and upon knocking a kind gentleman let me inside and attempted to do the refund for me. He stated he wasn’t sure how to do the refund and asked a coworker for help. A young woman (the daughter of the lady who yelled at me over the phone) came over and I then interacted with both the daughter and the mother. I was verbally harassed by the mother and daughter before being chased out of the building and being physically assaulted by the daughter. It’s one thing to be served undercooked food, and it’s another to receive undeniably unprofessional and poor customer service and to be abused on top of that. And to give context I called and presented my concern with a friendly tone. I’ve previously frequented this location for breakfast with my family and have not had an issue, however, take out from this establishment is hit or miss and there is a 50-50 chance the food I receive is undercooked, I’ve just never called or done anything about it until now. Will I return to this business? Certainly not for my own business. I wish all well and good luck in the future.

Had food delivered to a friends house that just moved in - I specifically stated please include plastic ware and napkins and syrup for my pancakes and jelly for my toast - we didn’t even get a single napkin and ate scrambled eggs scooped up by dry toast. Whoever is packing y’all bags - read! Paid too much to not enjoy my food!

Food and the service were great. Unfortunately the price was outrageous! As a "family-friendly" place, I would hesitate to bring my family because of the cost.

Great diner with friendly service, good portions and a bright open atmosphere. Just take note of service charges for carry out and credit card.

Greek salad is amazing. I like the place, but they have a (hopefully not too serious) fly problem. I hope that gets fixed. I'd like to put them in my rotation.
This is a good family restaurant. Last year they reduced their hours and it’s not as convenient since they aren’t open for dinner, but I get it, so hard to find good help.Always good for carry out.
My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we’re anxiously awaiting the reopen after the fire for what felt like forever. Since then we have been a handful of times. The changes they’ve made are pretty appealing visually. The food at Col’s has always been absolutely amazing. The reason my family loved going to Col’s so much in the past was the staff, those ladies were amazing and so kind. Now not so much. Honestly I feel that we’re pretty much written off for bringing children with us by our servers here which is why we don’t come as often as we had.
The food was decent normally it's a lot better. I'm shocked at the price was charged an extra $10 for I don't know what then another extra $2 for using my credit card upon check out. When I added up my food total it was $64.40 I checked out at $79 for my takeout. Never again these prices are ridiculous.
