Culver's can sometimes get your order wrong but the food is always going to be good. The strawberry shake with extra strawberry is my absolute favorite. The customer service is very good. The only thing I would say is to please make sure the orders are correctly made.

Whoa, perhaps the best fast-food out there.I’m a big fan of Dairy Queen blizzards but my first concrete mixer is far superior: I love that you can have a different frozen custard base other than just vanilla, and the flavour combinations are endless. The Wisconsin cheese curds are incredible, and can never go wrong with pretzel bites! Staff were super friendly.

I ordered on Culver's website and it was well laid out and easy to navigate. I ordered the cod fish meal for lent and was ready on time as told over the web. The fish was delicious for fast food, lightly battered, not greasy and cooked through. Their French fries were crisp and tasty and the coleslaw was the creamy version and tasted very fresh and crunchy.Overall I will be back for more.

(((((SAD MOST OF THE BAD REVIEWS ARE FROM UNSATISFIED BLACK CUSTOMERS WOW ))))..... I don't recommend this place the customer service is horrible and the GM daughter attitude is very nasty.. these ppl made me a burger with absolutely no bun.. I had to drive all the way from redford michigan back to Madison heights with $40 cold food that hasn't been touched.. the GM daughter tells me she isn't replacing the cold food that HASNT BEEN TOUCHED. The audacity of you to mess up my food cause me to use more gas n you don't want to recook my food and nothing was touched.. I will nvr ever come to this location.. she feels since she is the daughter of the GM she can treat customers how ever ... very horrible service ???? the daughter don't need to be a manager she don't know how to diasculate situations or satisfy customers.. all she kept screaming was I'm the GM DAUGHTER .. SHE FEELS TO ENTITLED AND SHE FEELS AS IF SHE CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS ANYWAY SHE FEELS .. this place isn't good with customer satisfaction.. that daughter is going to drive that business to the ground with at nasty attitude of hers.. not to mention the order was placed at 3:24 I turned around with a crying child thats hungry and don't want cold food... once you play with my child's food it's a problem.. I hate this place
