Dairy Queen (Treat)

I went in to try to get some pretzels and a twist cup the front was empty okay figured they were busy called out a few time finally walked out after almost halfway down the block I see an employee come out the door terrible service I've been here before loved it never again.

Pulled up around 8PM on a Saturday & waited at the speaker for 5+ minutes. Google & sign says open but no one came to take my order so I left. Not the first time I’ve been left waiting at the speaker at this location.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger deluxe with fries and a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Everything was delicious. It was fresh, hot and I truly enjoyed it. The store was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Service was good. The store itself was clean but freezing. Staff not welcoming. More like an interruption. But not rude either. I guess its a generational thing, finding this common in many places. Very sad. I will stick to the sterling heights location

Haven’t had DQ in years and wanted to try it! It was terrible! The blizzard was extremely watery and in liquid form. Blizzards never use to be like this. I should have asked for a refund and I’m mad I did not. I just drove to the nearest dumpster and threw it away. I also didn’t like how she was making the ice cream cone with her bare hands touching the cone. Threw that away as well. WONT BE GOING BACK!

Says it's open on Google maps, sign says open, pull up to order and they say we are door dash only right now. Change your hours then and shut your sign off or its false advertising.

I was charged $9 for a medium blizzard with extra Oreos. Looking at the menu prices today, I was clearly over charged or maybe worse potentially someone added an unauthorized tip. Don’t have the receipt but I will never return here. Good luck.

Did a good job on my Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard! First time going to this location. Had a great experience.

Almost always a good experience staff wise the occasional mix up with ice cream but honestly it's usually young kids working and it's just ice cream not that big of a deal (except I will never attempt to order a cake online again after 3 times of them claiming they never received the order then I am scrambling to find a cake in the case) but whyyyyyyyy does this place smell so bad, like dirty mildew water, I swear it gets worse every single time we go!!! Took my kids the other day walked in and you are just hammer with this horrible smell it's been like this for years!!! Do something!!!

Ice cream cones are very pricey these days

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, i took my son here after he lost his soccer game to cheer him up to start a tradition and there were 2 people working a guy manager who when i asked for a larger side of sprinkles and said i would pay any amount he charged. me for 8 sides of sprinkles then i ordered 2 medium sundaes one was sooo much smaller then the other medium one, we watched them make it they said the fudge melted it but we watched them make it, they claimed they could not do anything about it was literally a small, i paid 40$ for 2 medium ice creams and some sprinkles and got treated AWFUL, unbelievable and unfortunate because i live down the street and LOVE dq and would give all my money to them if it wasnt for there attitudes..

I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff is very rude and disrespectful! I had a blizzard drive thru stop turn into a 10 minute ordeal because I asked that my blizzard be remade after I saw the employee laughing and talking into it while making it and stirring it with no gloves and his fingers touching the ice cream. First they refused to give me a refund, then they refused to remake it. After I sat in the drive thru one of the employees remade it while yelling out the window from across the room (from Inside and I’m outside) her every step, repeatedly telling me she’s not talking over it. The staff at this location need a refresher course on customer service and sanitary blizzard blending. Their attitudes were disgusting and I’ll never visit again.
