I go out of my way to grab my coffee here during the week because the ladies at the drive-thru are so sweet. I get the same drink every time, and it’s always spot on. Plus they hand it over with a smile, which just makes my day. I don’t know all their names, but Nikki is definitely one of my faves!

I waited and waited and waited but no service. They didn’t have the only kind of donut I wanted anyway. They just prioritize the drive through customers so don’t try walking in. After 15 minutes I walked away hungry. I’m trying to start my morning and buy an overpriced egg sandwich but apparently DD doesn’t want/need money. Just another obvious downside of late stage capitalism. I’m just going to buy some carrots from a grocery store I guess. Just a waste of time.

I am going to be nice but I am upset. This has been my favorite Dunkin since they opened however as of late my coffee order has been consistently incorrect! Sunday and this morning, I went through the drive-thru and my order was incorrect on BOTH days; no hazelnut or sugar in my coffee! I had no time this morning to return to ask them to remake it and I was already on Stephenson on my way to my office. This was not the start to my day I wanted! I do not understand how the tag on the cup is correct but the person making the drink does not follow what the customer is asking for. I will be going in tomorrow and asking for my coffee from today to be replaced. I was not able to reach the store via phone as the number is disconnected. As I said, this had been my favorite so I am sorry to the poor review.

I have no idea what sort of insanity is telling employees to wrap parchment paper over the iced donuts.
As you can see in the attached photo, it totally ruins them, as there is no way to remove said paper without completely peeling all the icing off the donut.
Quite being so cheap and use a thin cardboard box like everyone else.
Drink wasn’t frozen and filled half the drink with whipped cream because she didn’t make enough. Went back in to ask for her to add ice and she refused and was just rude.

The hours online says open at 5:00 am, but when I arrived at 5:45 am the door was locked and the employees never acknowledged me. OBVIOUSLY they were not open.

I like the dunkalatte and a large iced double double coffee. I can’t speak of their food I come here for the drinks and I really enjoy the taste and the cost. Much better than the mermaid coffee !
