The hours online says open at 5:00 am, but when I arrived at 5:45 am the door was locked and the employees never acknowledged me. OBVIOUSLY they were not open.

I like the dunkalatte and a large iced double double coffee. I can’t speak of their food I come here for the drinks and I really enjoy the taste and the cost. Much better than the mermaid coffee !

They sometimes don't fill the cup up entirely, even with the ice it's not filled. The hot drinks are sometimes more warm than hot, but that's not really anything to fuss about. Overall, I've never had a bad experience at this Dunkin' and I've been here off and on the past several years. Really don't know why the rating isn't higher

This is the worst dunkin ive ever been to. We had a large pickup order & many of the items were substituted without confirming the substitution beforehand. The refreshers tasted like water with a tiny amount of flavoring. We will definitely not be back. The lady working at the window was so rude also.

Ordered a Matcha tea latte then here two times both times asked for no ice. They filled it halfway with ice was given a medium size less than that actually, I was very disappointed had Told the lady I asked for no Ice apparently she didn’t understand. She was very rude and refused to remake it after after she repeated the order to me as well. You definitely don’t get what you pay for

I order a coffee and bagel with cream cheese, I went to go pick up my order I got my my coffee and bagel I went to go eat my bagel turns out there is no cream cheese on it so I went inside told the two lady’s and they got very defensive and asked if I could speak regular and I asked them to remake my bagel and they kept saying I didn’t pay for the cream cheese but I did. Wouldn’t even refund me because they didn’t know how too.

Customer service was great! Very helpful and knowledgable staff of customizations who were all friendly and smiling. My drink order was perfect and donut was fresh. :)

Today’s order has been interesting. I will never be coming here again sadly. They had 2 women working and I had to explain that a latte is made with espresso and milk and the flavored syrup I requested. Additionally, I was told it was one of the women’s first day, then the other woman shared that the first woman who stated she had only been here for one day had been working here for 2 weeks. My drinks were made incorrectly two times and the women didn’t know how to refund me. 0/10.

very rude and lied to me about scanning my deals when he showed me the screen after he said he scanned it. There was no deal there.
The young lady was very helpful
Make sure you bite one of the donuts before paying for a full dozen. I received hard-brittle donuts that tasted a couple of days old and stale.
The service was great. Who doesn't love doughnuts?
