This is the worst Dunkin’ in the area and I have finally committed to never come here again and will drive out of my way to another one. A lady messed up my order that works here and came back with my correct order but appeared to give me oldest and crustiest donuts she could find. Plus they are always rude. If you’re going to have old crusty donuts at least be nice about it 😂

Just kidding, they had my delivery driver wait and wait for the entirely wrong order, did not provide ANY safety seal. Nothing required was placed on the delivery order. How concerning. It was a coffee and half dozen donuts. Like you have to have a special type of care to ensure thos happens omg

They took thousands of my reward points multiple times and never received my free items and still got charged for the items but thousands of points still taken out of my account. This has happened 3 to 4 times they tell me there's nothing they could do then when I got upset clearly they shut the windows and never came back to address the problem after handing me my items I paid full price for that I was supposed to get for free then they never gave me straws so I beeped horn multiple times and they still ignored me theni pulled off without straws with frozen coffees this is messed up I am owed about 6-8 thousand points back i told them it might be a problem with their scanners or something that they should get ahold of app themselves because of me contacting the app already and nothing could be done so messed up I am a regular there and they have ruined my experience for my kids and I on a daily basis I want my points back

Absolutely awful. Lady mopping on top of customers’ shoes. Order completely wrong after waiting for 20 minutes. They tried to double charge me when checking out as well. Just horrible.

Ordered 3 coffees and 3 sandwiches, got everything except for 1 sandwich. My husband went back in to let them know a sandwich was forgotten, the guy behind the counter questioned him about it and then gave him a sandwich from 6:38am, we didn’t notice until he got back home that it wasn’t fresh. I placed my order at 10:45am. Instead of making the sandwich I paid for they gave me one that sat there for 4 hours. This place is trash.
