I had one of the worst customer service experiences that too twice at this Dunkinâ location. The person taking the order had no clue what I was saying despite repeating myself multiple times, he still got the order completely wrong.
The drink I got was nothing like what I ordered, and it tasted awful. Complete waste of time and money.
