Great food! A bit pricey but it is a buffet I guess! Would return for sure! Free on your birthday with a party of 4 or more!

Great food, clean, especially for a buffet, a little pricey but definitely worth it l. The atmosphere was great, calm and gentle, the food didn't make me groggy like most Asian cuisine does, and the selection is amazing.

One of the best

sorrows Passed

The one who receives customers at the front desk is spitting in front of the customers and saliva comes out of her mouth and spits in front of the customers in the trash can, so much so that I feel disgusted to eat with them. In the future, she will act like this. What do they do inside the kitchen? I feel like vomiting from the sight. She keeps spitting out of her mouth until she reaches the trash can and spits in front of the customers. There is no respect for the customers. This is a restaurant, not for restaurants and saliva in front of the people who come to eat.

Fine buffet food. Fair pricing, especially if you like sea food.

And the play a lot of BlackPink music

It's just that the tip they ask for is not what you want to give.

This is really disappointing to write this review because my family and I have been supporting and going to Fuji Buffet for over a decade. My husband and I are originally from Michigan, and moved to the West Coast. We decided to come home to Michigan for our Son’s first birthday, and chose Fuji as our venue because I thought it was an easy and affordable choice as our guest list was over 50 people. It turned out to be an absolute nightmare.

I called and made the party reservation two months in advance. I called to confirm the event and price per person 5 days before the party.

Fast forward to the day of the party, I get a confirmation call from Fuji 3 hours before the party is suppose to start. I call them back to confirm that the reservation time for 3PM is correct and we’ll be coming a little early to set up decorations. A couple of my guests show up before me at 2:30PM, and the manager told my guests that someone had called and changed the reservation to 4PM. Which didn’t make sense because I had JUST talked to them a couple hours prior to confirm the time. I honestly think it was a poor excuse for a mess up on their end because they already started seating other people in the area that was supposed to be for my Son’s party.

Instead of trying to find a solution to fix the problem… For probably about 15 minutes, the manager just repeated herself multiple times that someone called to change the reservation. I had 50 guests that were about to arrive at that point in 15 minutes. They ended up clearing out our side, and everything was all good, right? Wrong haha.

The Manager comes up to me to tell me the price per person and it was more than what they had told me over the phone when I had called 5 days prior to confirm. Normally something like an extra $5 per person wouldn’t bother me, but I was already frustrated because of their whole reservation mishap. After a much heated conversation with the manager, we ended up paying the higher price just to be done with this shit show of a situation.

Completely ruined our mood on my Son’s 1st birthday.

In conclusion, I would NOT recommend throwing any events or large parties here. Horrible management and coordination.

Horrible customer service. Walked in with a group and asked if we can all sit together. They rearranged the table THEMSELVES and once we sat there and started eating they claimed that the table next to us was “reserved” to someone and that they needed to put the table back to where it was. Later to find out that NO ONE sat there. We seen the waiters snatch tongs from people and put them on another plate. Disrespectful and unprofessional. My friend had shown them a picture of a beverage and asked if they had that, the waiter said yes and a while later came back with 2 different flavors. We were about to leave and asked for the bill they had tipped themselves 15% saying it was for the “service when all they did was refill our beverages. They hid a Pepsi behind a curtain INFRONT of us instead of using a refrigerator and then proceeded to refill our drinks with that same Pepsi. 0/10 never coming here again ruined my whole experience.

Really disrespectful people, made us move tables while eating, really expensive, food isn’t good, made us pay 15% tip when we weren’t a party of 8, snatched card and tongs, hid pepsi behind curtain. I recommend to not come and waste your time and money here.

Very inconsiderate towards people already sat They had accommodated our large group and after we were already eating, they tell us we have to move because they had a "reservation" for a table next to us, only to see that no one sat at that table the whole time we were there. We also witnessed them snatch tongs out of people hands to place them somewhere else, very disrespectful and spoke grossly when we tried to fix things.
Simple minded people. They also store their pepsi products behind the curtains instead of an actual refrigerador, we saw them take them right out and serve us. Never coming here again.
Spread awareness. Very inappropriate behavior.

Id like to add that that was a same review from my fellow friend who comment was not able to be shown publicly. Perhaps now, but This place was deeply inappropriate. The food wasn’t that good for its price, knowing there was a large table open for my large group to be seated. They insisted to seat us in a smaller table separately and had to move a table so that then once we were about to eat, we had to move the table back and eat separately away from each other. Discriminating when everyone should feel equal, is deeply disappointing from this place.
