The only reason Madison Heights store got a 1 star rating from me is because it was forced. I give them NO STARS! Everytime we order from that store online they don't have certain items. It never fails. And when you order online and cancel...it takes 2 days before you're reimbursed. Bull!!!!! I pay and they take it right away. It should be reimbursed right away. I will never order from Madison Heights again. This the third time. Happy's pizza...listen...fire the manager at that store. Obviously this person doesn't know how to run a store.

They always get my order wrong. Just placed an order today and they still get it wrong i dont understand how And they never put parm on the crust they put on one piece and call it good like you guys need to learn how to give good service. They used to be good but now they are awful.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After I received my change, I tried to be nice to let them know I had received too much and both of the workers caught an attitude and stormed to back shouting derogatory comments. After hearing that I politely asked for my money back as the customer service was atrocious, the young man actually told me “never come back here”.

The pizza and bread were so greasy, it was borderline inedible. Had it not been over $35 I would have thrown it away. Also made me a different dessert rather than the one I ordered, instead of taking the time to refund that portion of the order.

DON'T GO THERE. Employees can't read. I have order two different times for this location. Both times they have not giving me my sauce at all. Always something wrong with my order. I am done with this place. EMPLOYEES ON THEIR PHINES TALKING TO PEOPLE MAYBR IG THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED IN DOING THEIR JOBS THING WOULD NOT BE MESSED UP.

Walked up the last 15mins, I understand you’re tired but so am after work and locked the door in my face. It’s the small things that make once business better than the other , because all pizza places are generally the same in terms of pizza. But that was just disrespectful
Don’t ever go to Happy's pizza and they should rename it Sad’s pizza. I went there two night previous and the Hispanic lady that cooked my bbq wings and shrimp was cooked wonderful that’s why I went back to eat there. Tonight I ordered the fried shrimp and fried onion rings. The cook that cooked my food tonight they need to fire him and the managers and the health department needs to close them down. That male cook tonight BURNT my shrimp and onion rings. That man that cooked my food tonight is a disgrace to every professional Chef and cook that takes pride in the job they do. Please don’t waste your money or your time going here to eat.

Pizza from here is Haram. I've ordered a few times, never cooked fully, always greasy. They lured me back in with the 2/10 medium pizza deal, I asked that they be well done, on account of my previous dissatisfaction with the quality. He assured me it would be well done. I got home, pizza was so greasy on the bottom like someone dipped it in water, uncooked, still doughy, unfortunate how you guys so are so eager to ruin pizza night.

That won't happen twice that's for sure definitely wish I would of gotten pictures because my hopes were up way to high for this kinda outcome.. tops of the Italian sub literally in chunks and falling apart what's the point of asking what dressing if your not gonna give me any and my wings yes they were good but I legit had just under a full cup of bbq sauce left over.. smh happy pizza didn't make me very happy.. everytime places go franchise it goes to hell.

I bought the rib tips combo and the tips were delicious and tender, but the garlic bread was hard and stale which they had to know before they served it and the fries were very minimal. The service was dry and unfriendly as usual.

There people and owner don't seem to care. There are too many other rib and pizza places to go to. I spent about 35 bucks there no more. If there behavior continues u can bet that place will have a sign for lease or rent. Because they will be out of business. U can't treat people like they do. I won't go there again, this is just a headsup go somewhere else. Rick W.
