First time visit. The Owner was super friendly and did my order of Rib Tipz the way I ordered them (sauce on the side.) Haven't tasted them yet, but I've had them at other locations.

Payed $3.50 for extra bacon on a large specialty pizza that had NO bacon on it. I also ordered no onions, but onions were added. None of the toppings on my specialty pizza were extra quantity as described. I've complained on the official web site before about this store not following covidvirus safety protocol, but the lack of any concern remain obvious since the covid protocol has been removed from the site. Boxes are no longer sealed and delivery drivers do not were masks.

I love the rib tips, lots of meat on them. Sauce has a very good flavor.

Horrible and over charge They forget things everytime and I've got under cooked chicken and over cooked rib tips and when you order fries they don't give you what they charge you for and 80% of the time fries are under cooked. If I could give negative stars I would.

Terrible customer service the manager lied and said there was 2 sauses in the box but of course like anyone i decided to check abd nope only 1. 2 the cheese bread is terribley dry like it was cooked for way too lone

Horrible customer service. Came to pick up my pizza the order was incorrect, Waited 15 mins for another pizza to cook well done. I checked the pizza before I left looked good but as soon as I grabbed a slice you could see the pizza wasn’t done so I placed the pizza back in the oven so it can fully cook. Manager was very rude instead of offering a credit for the pizza Of some sort he said they’ll cook another one just put the other back in the box after I told him The pizza was already in my oven cooking.

I only order from this happys and have for a very long time but tonight i placed my order and did not receive what i had asked for and as somebody that has worked in food/customer service i usually try not to make a fuss because i understand mistakes happen. But the manager and young lady at this location are very disrespectful and unwilling to communicate or make any type of offer for the mix up or inconvenience. The only thing i got was. Argued with and told i pressed the wrong coupon when order (but i placed my order over the phone with her) then was laughed at and hung up on. I called back to ask for an owner or corporate# and was told they dont know itbso asked for the manager again just for her to get on the phone and say the name (which i didnt catch) quickly and hung up on me again i tried calling back many times because i didnt catch what the number was and they would pick up to hang up again..this has completely made up my mind that i will no longer do any business at this location.

Awful service. Called an hour and a half after placing my order to be told that it was on its way. They “got behind” and didn’t cook the food until 30 minutes after the order was placed. So my food had been cooked for an hour and was still not at my home. No offer for a refund while we continue to wait. Garbage customer service. Won’t be calling again.

Ordered online said delivery time was up to 55 min..... Hour and 20 minutes later i called and was informed the driver should be here any minute. 20 minutes later called and was told they were busy so they couldnt start cooking our. Order till 30 mins after it was placed. ( so still over an hour since then) and was told the driver was on vandyke ( which is 2 miles past my house from their store. ). Needless to say i dont want cold food and cancelled. Just a warning to others. ?

I've been ordering from this location for a long time and have not had any major issues. Just a couple minor things to note where flavored crust had not been on the pizza and one day the shrimp dinner was not crispy, such as the shrimp and fries. I didn't call to complain, just took care of fixing it up myself at home. Delivery during this quarantine time has been wonderful where the delivery person is reading the directions I left for them. I've gone in for carry out in the past and received good customer service. I will continue to order from this local location.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Absolutely terrible customer service! THEY USED OLD BROWN LETTUCE ON ONE SUB. Can’t get an order right, delivered 2 hours later and refused to replace both subs we ordered. IF YOU WANT COLD FOOD AND OLD LETTUCE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE ORDER FROM HAPPYS. The manager claimed it was an hour and 20 minutes from the time we ordered till it got delivered. It was 2 hours!

Was really disappointed to bring my pizza home to find out that there was barely any bacon on it. It's like they just took a pinch of it & put a little on each slice

I just loved their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
