Just left this KFC and this was a terrible experience! My pot pie was filled with chicken skin and bones! I don't like to complain so I just picked it all out and ate what was left. I also ordered a chicken little separately waited forever so my husband went to check what was going on and they didn't want to give me my food claiming it was already called out after getting an attitude from the women handing out food we realized the food had been sitting behind the counter and no one called out anything they completely forgot!

They say that they close much later than they actually close. I pulled up at 8:30pm on a Friday night and there was one guy there who said that the restaurant was closed while the intercom was still working and it did not match the hours that were posted. Total BS.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would, this food is crap and chicken sandwich so hard to chew and rootbeer just fizzy water and she said we'd have to pay extra for mustard for the sandwich??? Beyond disappointed, get it together, I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.

Who ever was taking orders tonight in drive through is the reason why fast food chains are going down the drain in quality and in service..... Absolutely zero people skills... And as far as the food... Ordered 2 chicken sandwichs... Something pretty simple.. Received 2 old prices of near dark and gray looking... Won't be coming back to this location ever!

Danah’s was the rudest service person I have ever encountered. She rushed me through. Gave me old food. Ran as quickly as she could away just to go and sit down with her phone. When I attempted to get her attention, she ignored me. If you can’t be bothered, maybe a “service position” isn’t for you Danah. All I wanted was a decent meal after a long emotional day watching a loved one who is actively dying. You may have been having a hard day too, not an excuse for your poor performance. I was polite during our encounter regardless of my own personal circumstances. There were six other drive thru options and I chose yours with the expectation that your establishment would be exceptional in comparison. Danah managed to destroy that image for me.

We ordered regular wings and received hot and spicy. The chicken had little feathers all over it and seemed at least a couple hours old. Straight to the trash.
$32 on a Friday 8 piece family meal receive zero biscuits I don't wonder why I was the only person in line. Received all dark meat. I'm not going back.

The manager has the most nastiest attitude even answering with attitude unprofessional asked well what do I want her to do ? Your job empathize, correct. The food terrible greasy the manager attitude like a miserable environment poor environment. I go to another location juicy chicken, smile best service this one should be closed

Theeeee worst! Lately, no one cares what goes in the bag. Wrong selection of olddddd chicken, missing items, over cooked, too much batter on hot wings. This location needs to shut down and regroup. Teach the staff that money is to hard to give away. The food has been awful the last 3 times I’ve gone. That’s the 3rd strike for sure.
