Went there last night (Saturday). Went to the drive-thru. Only one car in front of me. I waited 45min and no service. The car in front at the speaker, hadn't moved. The cars that pulled behind me, had came and left. I finally pulled off and noticed that no cars other than us two was in the drive-thru. No one at the window. It was 8 o'clock on a Saturday night! Saw ppl walking out with their food, but drive-thru just sat there. This was my first and last visit to this KFC ?

Came here at 10:20pm on a Thursday because it says they close at 11:00pm and I waited in the drive thru line for 8 mins and no one spoke. I pulled up to the drive thru window and a woman was sitting down and saw me and never got up. A few mins later someone finally came and very rudely said they were close. There were multiple employees in the store.
Workers made my chicken sandwich without wearing any gloves that is disgusting. I left it there and left the restaurant.
