The food here is always good, never once have I had anything soggy or overcooked. I usually come here for breakfast every other morning and they're the best I've had in a while. Wait times can be slightly longer than some other McDonald's, but the difference in food quality makes it more than worth it.

I work at a factory in the area and I usually have to doordash food late at night. And because it's so late at night when I doordash my food the only thing that's usually open is McDonald's. Every time I order from them I get freezing cold fries a freezing cold sandwich none of my food is ever fresh and none of the special instructions are ever followed. And I don't write this review lightly. I gave them multiple chances, like I kept ordering from them even after they messed my order up a couple of times before. Well this was their last shot with me. You see, I recently found out that I was pregnant, so imagine my disappointment when I ordered something that I'm craving from a local restaurant and it's freezing effing cold. Two sandwiches two fries and two drinks?? Yeah, I'm pretty sure that shouldn't have been COLD when it got here from JUST AROUND THE CORNER!???

This location has not met my expectations. While service can sometimes differ based on employees and locations, this McDonald’s is closest to my home and I’ve consistently had issues with my orders being correct even when everything is entered correctly. I’m hoping to see an improvement in management once this location moves to their new building down the street.

One of the only locations that has never messed my order or forgot things. Food is fresh, and tastes good. Staff working is friendly, drive thru line moves really fast.

This place has amazing employees. Everyone is so accommodating and they make sure to get your order correct.However sometimes it can be severely short staffed and expect a wait for 45 min without moving forward much at all.

I don’t even know what to say about this location. I try to normally avoid this McDonald’s throughout the daytime because of the poor customer service as well as the long wait times. The food is normally horrible which is normally typical of McDonald’s, however this food is literally the worst food you will ever get from McDonald’s. I don’t like how my transaction was handled today, I ended up doing a mobile order and was waiting in curbside pick up parking, when a McDonald’s employee came up to my car and said that they were all out of the mcgriddles, which is what I had ordered. Since they were all out I asked them if they could give me a refund since I didn’t want anything else (To which the employee replied “I don’t know” -professional- so I asked her to go ask her manager)… About five minutes later, while waiting for the answer about my refund, since I was owed one, they magically bring out the Mc griddle‘s that they said they were out of. I don’t like how this was handled - don’t lie to a customer if you say you’re out of something and then magically appear with it. The only employee that is worth keeping at this McDonald’s location is the third shift employee who looks like he is in his 50s to 60s. He is the only employee keeping this location open. Don’t come to this McDonald’s if it’s the last thing you do, I’ve had multiple horrible experiences here and the only thing that keeps me coming back is the one employee that is on third shift that always has a smile on his face- no matter how busy it is.

"You eat first with your eyes."When all you can see are boxes and boxes of products stacked up in the windows, open and closed, you wonder how they're cooking in all this clutter.There's not a line at this location often... and others probably drove away for the same reason I did.
Guys. I would never waste my time writing a McDonald’s review trust me.Corporate has to look into what is going on here it is the worst representation of a McDonald’s that I have ever seen in my entire life.

25 mins in line to get to the machine and be told by an employee that I have to order at the window and it would take 25 mins to get to the window. Here's hoping the food is at least good. Currently still in line. This is supposed to be a FASTFOOD restraunt
