This McDonalds charges more per item than most others, which would be ok, if your order was made fresh. Instead, I've noticed the couple times I've come here that my burger was mostly likely a premade burger that had the previous condiments scraped off and the condiments I ordered put on, pretty gross IMO... hate eating fast food, but paying more than others and gross reused food, wont be back.

Take their time. When they know people have work. Was sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes with no help but a person walked out from behind the trash area outside and still never helped awhile the in there were many workers no helping anyone.

Every trip through the drive through is the same scenario. Cold Fries,under proportioned servings and Extreme Prices. You can definitely tell this is a Corporate Mickey D's in comparison to the Family Owned one it replaced.

Drive through, ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. Got to the window, the Quarter Pounder wasn't even warm. Handed it back. Instead of getting me an actual FRESH burger, they microwaved it to death. This is the result of management that just doesn't give a damn at all.I have had this happen a few times at McDonald's drive throughs. If a food inspector experienced this, they would face fines at least. However other McDonalds at least gave me a new burger.The entire staff from management down at the John R & 12 Mile McDonald's needs to go.Do yourself a favor - right down the street is a Culver's. Quality is exceptional for any fast food joint.

This is one of the busiest fast food places in the area but is sadly also one of the most mismanaged. You can tell they are understaffed as they cannot keep up with the 2 drive through lanes as they constantly have long waits at the ordering menu and often shut one lane down because of it. Orders are often confused too. If it's tough hiring employees, McDonald's needs to rethink their restaurants.
I am so use to getting my own beverage when I dine in. I order a fillet meal and my bread was tossed versus steamed. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and was giving a Coke. I asked for a no salt fry and still had salt on my fries!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is always busy.. they do a great job keeping up with the drive thru and inside. Only downside is the rude drivers in the drive thru that cut you off with the double drive.
