Oh man. I was SO excited to come here. My daughter and I had just gotten to experience the Meet Fresh in Orlando on vacation, and I was pumped to learn there was one close to us here and bring my husband and my Mom. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The dessert my daughter wanted, is “seasonal” so we couldn’t get that (it’s just strawberry milk shaved ice) and they were out of several things that made ordering almost impossible. The two young men working behind the counter were obviously very young, and while they weren’t rude, one was out of view while the other took your order and they were laughing to each other while taking our order. And it just made us feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. The tables were disgusting. Luckily I had my own wipes with me because they had NO napkins and NO paper towel. They literally had toilet paper and that was it. We saw it behind the counter and there was a roll of it sitting on a table as well (see photo). There was also trash left all over some of the other tables as well. We came here for my birthday today and like I said, I had been so excited to come after 2 great experiences in Orlando this week. I hope that management can see these reviews and make some extremely necessary changes because like many others, we don’t want to come back after tonight.

I generally like Meet Fresh but I feel like this location is always in shambles recently.I ordered a Fresh Milk Black Tea and it was watery and overly sweet. The time it takes to receive your order varies as well. The bathroom is closed a lot and I am not sure what the store hours actually are. Google said they closed at 9:30pm on Saturdays and Yelp/employee said 9pm. I think their door said 10 or 11pm.

This is easily the worst Meet Fresh location I've been to. I really don't know what's up with this place - maybe management just doesn't care? Just peek over the front counter. The floors, work surfaces, and appliances behind the counter are all absolutely filthy. They also didn't have any napkins available for use. Instead, they had a roll of toilet paper as an alternative. The drinks were just as bad as the cleanliness. I've been here three times. The first time, they gave me the wrong drink - I ordered a purple rice drink, but they gave me a taro black tea. It was very strange how they could have screwed this up because I was the only customer at the time. Unfortunately, I didn't catch this until I was already half way home. Note: I've gotten the purple rice drink at several locations in California and they were totally different than the one from here. The second time, the boba was so overdone it melded into a huge ball at the bottom of my drink. The 3rd time this past weekend (Oolong MT, half sugar and ice), the boba texture was better - maybe only slightly overcooked this time, but the drink was was terrible. Instead of HFCS or sugar syrup, this Meet Fresh uses some kind of fruity, lychee-like syrup to sweeten drinks. This completely eliminates any semblance of tea or milk in your drink. This location also always seems to be out of stuff. The person ahead of me ordered taro in their dessert and they said they were out. My first order choice was Jin Xuan Oolong and they were out. The previous time I went they are out of Taro Balls. The only saving grace was that they had a promotion for free taro balls with any purchase this month. The texture and chewiness of these were consistent with other locations. Still it doesn't make up for how bad the drinks are. I won't be coming here again.

I don't know what happened to this place these couple years. I waited for 15min to find out they forgot my order. When I went check, I can see the employees complaining with each other and arguing in the kitchen. After waiting for another 5min, this is what a get. The almond soup looks oily and disgusting. Can't believe I paid $10 for this. Thanks for reminding me why I haven't been back for almost a year.

We had the taro signature shaved ice bowl, a bubble tea (half sweet), and a grass jelly bubble tea (half sweet). We thought the shaved ice was great and reminded us of the taro mochi in Taiwan but the bubble tea were just okay. We would've given a higher rating except the bathroom was filthy and out of soap and paper towels. Seeing the state of the bathroom made me wonder about the state of the kitchen and for that reason alone I wouldn't go back any time soon.

Ordered Hot Grass Jelly Combo B ($8.25), Seasonal Hot Almond Soup Combo B ($8.25), Original Egg Waffle ($6.25) with taro paste ($1.5 extra). The combo B is supposed to come with a mini taro balls but we did not received any in either orders; so that's unfortunate a disappointment. The Egg Waffle is not quite what it's supposed to be like as those in Taiwan. I was so excited to see the item on menu but unfortunately they did not execute well. It should not be serve in a plastic cup; the hot moisture will make the waffles saggy. Hope they will improve on these items. There is a special Xmas deal with free mochi when ordered $15+.

Came here for bubble tea after lunch with friends. It felt like the menu was much more focused on shaved ice than bubble tea which would be great in the summer. I got a Fresh Milk Taro taro tea with boba. The boba were nicely cooked, but the drink was not mixed very well. Considering the cup it came in, i don't think it was shaken. I asked for half sugar. I took my first sip without a straw and thought they had forgotten it at first. Then I took a sip with the straw and it was ALL sugar. Each sip after that got less sweet. Near the end, I took the lid off to fish for more boba and saw a big pile of goo at the bottom which I assume was taro. My husband was disappointed with the lack of tea flavors

Service has severely deteriorated lately. I was the only customer there. The young lady with glassed girl was busy watching videos on her cell and had an attitude like i was disturbing her. She made my drink incorrectly and then tried to blame it on me. The expression on her face the whole time was as if the whole world owes her. They need to hire some better people that treats customers like customers. I'm never going back.

Didn’t put any ice in my bubble tea. When I went back in to have it remade she gave me a separate cup with ice and made me repour it myself. The lid did not fit on the cup and it spilled.

Accepts both cash and credit. Tons of free parking. There is seating here if you want to come with friends / family. This is a 3.5 star review. This place offers tons of dessert options from shaved ice, pudding, boba tea.We stumbled upon this dessert spot after dinner and wanted to give this place a try. We ordered various items such as their milk tea with pudding, an order of pudding and their shaved ice. Their shaved ice was pretty good with the powdery snow like texture and you can order toppings on the top. The milk tea with pudding was okay. I was expecting more pudding inside the drink, but it was very limited. The staff here was accommodating in terms of modifying the sugar level. The pudding entree itself was not as good as we expected. It was very crumbed when we received it. Meaning, the tofu was not in tacked when receiving it. So it was mostly broken apart. You can use the QR code to order on your phone if you prefer rather than ordering in person. Overall, the food here is okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Our order took longer than expected. We didn't order much so not sure what took so long. Otherwise, decent place for snacks if you are in the area.

Service is terrible. They treat you like you owe them something. I was the only customer there and both person befind the counter were watching TV and didn't notice me for a long time. Literally threw my order on the counter. My son said thank you and she just turned around. Very unprofessional.

Restrooms are out of order. Every single table inside is dirty. Front door off of John R road tables have ant's running around. Ordered Taro Paste volcano, winter melon tea half sugar and mango with passion tea half sugar as the mango and orange was not available. Super HIGH sugar content in everything with no natural flavors. Overall dessert and drinks were filled with too much sugar therefore we couldn't finish them. Won't come back again. Needs to be sanitize completely.

As a Taiwanese American, Meet Fresh, which is a Taiwan-based dessert chain, feels like home to me and I love it so much! There is truly nothing quite like shaved ice on a hot summers day. I remember my family having a mini shaved ice contraption at home that we would hand crank to make shaved ice on those extra hot Michigan summer days for dessert and top it with all my favorite toppings -- red bean, condensed milk, pudding, taro, GRASS JELLY, etc. Now that I'm an adult and no longer live at home, Meet Fresh is the exact perfect place to go whenever I'm feel nostalgic and want to cool down! They have so many shaved ice options, just depending on what toppings you are craving that day AND Meet Fresh has so much more to offer than just their shaved ice, which is already incredible! They have tofu puddings, egg waffles, small, sweet bites of all kinds, and of course...a full menu of boba drinks! Meet Fresh is a perfect stop for dessert all year round, especially if you're like me and don't have a crazy sweet tooth and prefer sweets that hit gentler on the palette! You can't go wrong with ordering truly ANYTHING on the menu, it's allllll delicious! Love you, Meet Fresh!

I tried a few things and they are all good! Besides the red bean milk shaved ice, also the passion fruit green tea and black sugar milk boba tea.

Oh man was this place cool. I wish we lived closer so we could explore the menu more. The staff was friendly and the menu was fun to look through. Will definitely stop again.
