Honestly, five stars overall. I’m shocked this place doesn’t have tons of reviews talking about how great it is! Nothing crazy but absolutely good. I loved the pork mushroom dumplings!

Said hand pulled noodle in the menu but definitely not, I ordered bow of noodle and Xiao long bao because I'm work in the food distribution industry so very easily taste those are frozen stuff from Asian grocery store. Would give no star combine with the service, ur server just sit in front of u and play their cellphone. Sometime not really sure why those kind of restaurants still have 4and half star. Maybe they payed yelp to delete the bad reviews that's why only few people still use yelp now.

In all of America, there is no restaurant that will not serve you free ice water, or at least water with your meal. My wife and friend who eat regularly next door at Lao pot decided to go to "Not just Noodle" they asked for water and were told no free water, you must buy bottle water with meal. So they pull a diet coke out of purse. They are told you cannot drink outside drinks in with meal. Long story short, they left and decided not to eat there. I don't recommend anyone eat here, especially not families. Zero stars. I recommend noodletopia or any other noodle shop in Madison Heights, they will all serve you and give you water with a smile. This place should change their policy and let me know when they do, I will stop telling anyone who listens about their "customers aren't important policy".

Absolutely delicious! Wonderfully fresh food with abundant flavor. I tried the hand sliced noodles in broth with marinated chicken and soup dumplings. Both were incredibly flavorful and fresh. Can’t wait to return!

Was in the area shopping and saw the place from the road. Thought we would try it for dinner sure glad we did. Started with beef rolling pie. A very flavorful appetizer. It was a green onion pie with beef and house sauce. The beef was tender and the house sauce was a little sweet. Nice flavor mix with green onions and cucumber. My entree was beef stir fry pulled noodles. A very good dish. The noodles were tender as was the beef. Nice fresh vegetables tossed in. Clean dinning area and service was really good.

I got take out and it was the best packaging I've ever received for a noodle dish! Also, I brought the marinated pig ears to work and I got mad hate for it but it was delicious!

Because of its location, I was hoping for a really authentic and unique culinary experience. Unfortunately, everything was "good," buy Noodles & Co. good, not "authentic good." Sadly, the Stir Fried Noodles dish was nothing special; however, the Dumplings were amazing and the Beef Roll was legit af.Overall, I expected more, but I'd say this location is worth another try.

The food is excellent !It was later at night, and many of the restaurants that I wanted to go to were near to closing time.So I selected this restaurant because they closed much later.The restaurant is very narrow in width, being able to seat about 40.The decor inside is plain while the atmosphere is warm and inviting.The restaurant's offerings are handmade dumplings, filled buns, soup buns, rice bowls, dumpling soups, appetizers, handmade noodles with broth and a vast number of handmade noodle stir fries.We selected- Beef rolling pie( a crispy wrapperfilled with cabbage, beef, onions, andspices )It was very good.- Pork and chive dumplings- Pork, shrimp, and chive dumplingsWe got the dumplings pan-fried.Amazing in taste.Both are large in size and taste.- Beef brisket with noodles in brothThe serving size is huge.Two ladies could split a bowl for lunch.- Stir fried beef noodles with beef.Good also.
