First time here, we ordered the chicken curry rice, signature beef noodle and beef rolling pie. The beef rolling pie is soooooo good. The chicken curry was decent but not for us. I enjoyed the signature beef, it's light but the noodles with the hot chili oil give it a nice kick.

Not Just Noodle delivers truly authentic Chinese food. The kitchen is run by cooks from southern China, and you can taste that regional influence in every dish. Flavors lean slightly to the sweeter side for me personally, but that’s true to their roots and may be exactly what others enjoy.
Portions are generous, service is straightforward, and it’s refreshing to find a place that feels closer to home-style cooking rather than Americanized takes.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for real Chinese flavors in the area.

The marinated chicken stir fry was OUTSTANDING!!! It really impressed us! I also enjoyed the shrimp fried rice (perfect flavor) and the turkey shrimp potstickers, which we got pan-fried. So good!! The scallion pancakes were decent too but I personally like the ones at TJ’s Dumplings better. Overall this was an excellent experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for this cuisine.

Not Just Noodle absolutely blew me away! The noodles are incredible – perfectly cooked with the best texture. The broth was rich, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. The vegetables were so fresh and added such a nice balance to the dish. Every bite was delicious. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Ugh it kills me to give a 4 . A 2 for the food. Every other time we have come our food has been amazing 👏. This time the food was in my eyes extremely disappointing. I ordered the new sesame chicken. Which I had high hopes for. It was very under whelming. For sure not enough sauce and the rice was so over done. The flavors that was there was so disappointing and underwhelming. I have had amazing and flavor filled meals here with the hand pulled noodles that are top notch. That are 5 stars worthy. So you can understand my sadness this time. Then I get to the Crab Rangoons the flavor is on point but they're so over fried it is almost in edible. Which is so disappointing . Usually the Crab Rangoons here are pillows of heaven. So can imagine my disappointment. I hope they can get it right next time. They have definitely shaken my confidence. Ugh but I am willing to give you guys another try.

Everything was just ok. Server never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. The food did come out really fast, but there was nothing exceptional about the taste. It wasn't horrible, but I probably won't be back

Ordered this on Uber Eats while staying at a hotel in Troy. This has the largest portions I have ever received, I did add extra noodles to my dish but wasn’t expecting to have 2+ meals out of it. I also got the pork & chive dumplings. The dumplings themselves were excellent! However, the sauce that comes with them, is awful! I typically Love the dumpling sauce from everywhere, but this was not good. I’m not sure if the batch was made wrong or what; but there was way too much vinegar.
The noodles, although very yummy, could have used more sauce in them. They stuck together quite a lot and would have liked to have more sauce to add.
Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is due to those 2 small things on sauce issues.
