On the Rocks Bar & Grill

Sat for an hour+ asked 2 people which one I am more than sure was the owner or a relative of the owner and was treated rudely/ blown off.
Did not receive any service at all and when I tried to get service KINDLY and RESPECTFULLY MYSELF was treated horribly.
Dirty table and ugly mindset staff when I try to give them business.

Had a really bad day tried to stop in for a beer after work at 1:27am. Bartender claimed they already did last call even though bar was full and regulars were still drinking. Normally stop in once in a while but never had an issue like this. Hours on website are inaccurate. Would've gone to different bar if they weren't staying open to posted hours.

It's a great place, an older place, prices were very reasonable. Me and my friend went there we ordered four drinks, three cocktails and one beer, two main courses, I ordered fish and chips, my friend ordered fish tacos. The whole world came in around 70 bucks. We went there Sunday so it was very very quiet.

The food and service was great. We sat at bar and made many friends while eating dinner. Bartenders are very friendly and nice.

Went there with a group of 12 for lunch. The food was decent, and we had the whole side room to ourselves. After lunch, the kids played pool and darts while the parents had a few drinks killing time between our games.

The food here is amazing. The specials change every day and they always have something new to try. The burgers are some of the best in the area. You absolutely must try the Pljeskavica!

If I could rate this place 0 stars for service I would. Went on a Saturday evening. We were first told when we ordered the food will take 30 minutes. We said ok thank you for letting us know. Not a problem. Then 45 minutes rolls around we still haven’t received our appetizer. We kept being told our order will be out next. Over 2 hours later we finally got our food. I understand people don’t want to work and places are short staffed but I have an issue when the owner of the place hangs out the bar, drinks and doesn’t go to every customer and apologize for the delay or offer to help his staff clean tables, food run, etc…. Instead, he continues to stay and drink with his buddies. Like if you know your staff is struggling then get yourself in the back and help flip some burgers and serve. They never offered us to comp our bill or any discount. Our Server Haley was very nice and apologetic. But I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The ownership is TERRIBLE!!!!!
